Kerry, it was a $3.00 off any Toilet Wand purchase MQ (peelie). My Target clerk called over the manager and they gave it to me because it wasn’t specific! I was super excited since the refills were also on sale at my store which = free with peelie!
So I used the MQ $5.00 off CW starter Kit, $3.00 MQ peelie and will submit for MIR. 2 products for free!

Sorry to respond so much later, but the refills (10 ct. pkg) were on price cut from $4.19 to $3.00!!! I went to a different Target by my house today and noticed that all the peelies had been peeled from the Starter Kits. This Target did not have the refills on pc….nor did it have some deals that another Super Target in my area had…hmmm. Hey but I did want to pass along that I found that French’s Mustard Clearance that you recently talked about…and it was down to .98 and I used a .50 cents coupon from Home Solutions to bring the total to .48!!!! I was so excited to pay so little for a gigantic thing of mustard!
