i was at target this evening but i did not see the promotion or tag on the shelf (band-aid). is this regional?
I did this deal 4 times at my local store. It was a pain in the butt! Each time the store manager had to be called because the actual bag was ringing up for $4.69 instead of free. If you don’t mind the hassle, give it a try.
