Not familiar with Target Mobile Coupons?
Mobile coupons are Target Store Qs sent to your phone to be used for in-store purchases. You pull-up the coupon on your phone at check-out and the barcode will be scanned by the cashier. These coupons are meant to be used only once but can be stacked with MQs. The terms read “Each individual offer within the coupon may only be used once.” If you want to sign up to receive them you can do so HERE. You will need to have an internet-capable phone in order to retrieve the coupons. Keep in mind- text messaging & data charges will apply depending upon your phone’s plan.
I’ve signed up for these but my Target has no cell service, so I can’t use them

I used mine last night. The Sobe stacked with BOGO MQ. I think the Solo stacked twice? I bought 3 paper plates at 2.77, then had 2 1/$1 solos MQ and one 1/.75 MQ printable. The third set of plates also had a 1/$1 that must have been Target Web. The cashier was a little freaked out, but it worked. The Johnson’s Daily Baby Sun Lotion didn’t get the mobile Q. I think they didn’t have the right size. All in all, the mobile Qs are great, because they are one scan, but not enough Qs to really cover all the work of juggling the phone and the paper Qs. If all the Target Web Qs were on there, it would be much, much better, because you could just scan it every purchase “in case”.
I love the coupons, but it is a pain in the butt to use them at my store. The last time I tried to use them they couldn’t get any of them to work for some reason. I was trying to use the solo and aveeno I believe. I finally told the cashier to just take the items back since they said there was nothing they could do for me. I stopped to have a discussion with a manager about what a hassle it has been using the mobile and regular coupons lately, especially with a certain cashier. The manager asked me if they took the amount of the coupons off anyway and I told her no. She promptly got the items from the previous cashier and rang them up and took off the coupons. I asked her if they don’t tell their cashiers about these new things when they happen and she said they do hold a meeting to tell them about things. I told her the cashier looked at me like I was smoking crack or something, she had no idea about any mobile coupons and called someone like a front supervisor over and she had seen it but had never done it. I told the manager surely I can’t be the first person in this town to have used these, since I have been getting them for at least 3 months. She said she would inform the store manager, since he wasn’t available for me to talk to. The directions say for the cashier to scan the phone, but that has never worked at my store so then they start typing in numbers till they work, they even tried to tell me one time that I needed to print them out. Doesn’t that defeat the whole mobile purpose?
Annoying–I have the Target app on my phone and it doesn’t include the mobile Qs, nor can you sign up for them from the app. Odd that they’re not integrated. Thanks for providing the link! (And Amanda, I’m sorry, that bites!)
Any ideas? I have gotten the Target text messages the last two months but there is no coupons just looks like a web site to go to or something. I just upgraded my phone thought that would help… not sure if I should call Verizon or Target and see what could be happening…

You must have internet access on your phone in order to get to the coupons. Target sends you a link in a text message which you must click on in order to get to the coupons.

At the bottom of the page with the mobile coupons and the universal barcode, there are specific instructions that tell the cashier what to do if the barcode cannot be scanned. I suggest you read these instructions to/show your cashier them and get your coupons accounted for that way.
I have signed up 2 or 3 times for these darn Mobile Coupons, I never get a text back! I even texted the 827438 and never heard back!
USe the $1/1 A&W Root Beer, Canada Dry, Sunkist or 7Up 12-pk. Target Mobile Coupon on the 7up or A&W Root Beer- $1.50 for 12 pack. They are on the front page of the ad! Sweet!
