I got a couple emails this morning about shoe clearance- Julie R. from Sacramento reported finding 50% off at her store and picked up a $30 pair of Converse for $14.99. And the picture above is from Veronika (in South Florida) who found these and a great many shoes in her Target store marked down 75% Off! You can check out the pics on Veronika’s post HERE and enlarge them if you’d like to take a peek. You might want to browse the shoe section to see if there is bountiful clearance deals in your store too. -Thanks Julie R. and Veronika at Fabulous Daily Deals!.
BTW- You see those little brown Cherokee Boat Shoes (kinda like docksiders) at the top right in the above picture? Well, I almost always take Austin into the shoe department with me when he joins me on a Target trip. Why you ask? Because since he has been old enough to voice his opinion, up until about a month ago, Austin would only wear sneakers and socks. Everywhere!!! Sneakers and socks to the Beach, sneakers and socks to the community water park, and sneakers and socks in the house AT ALL TIMES until it’s bed time!
So I kept trying, I drag him into the shoe department all the time hoping something will be a hit that doesn’t require socks. He will not go near a pair of flip flops, but I at least got him to try on these and he liked them! So finally, he now owns a pair of shoes that he will wear other than his sneakers! It’s a miracle!
So I will definitely be on the lookout for these and see if I can’t pick up a few pairs, each in a size up. I may have to go beg Veronika to pick me up a few pairs if I can’t find them, as imo they are a very nicely made, comfy, slip-on shoe. And while it’s no where near resembling a flip flop, at least I am making progress considering he’ll wear them sockless!

We picked up bunch of kids shoes with 80% clearance. This was at Target store in Raleigh,NC
We live in Hawaii and my son NEVER wore socks or shoes till he was almost 3, then one day he decided he wasn’t wearing flip flops anymore, ever. I feel your pain!
My Target (Walnut Creek, CA) had an additional 50% all clearance shoes. I got my kids sandals for less then $2! I also got myself a pair of rain boots for $3!
My Target in Texas is having the same shoe clearance. I got a pair of sandals originally $18 for $5! I also stopped by the workout section and found a C9 hoodie at $4.98 and capri pants $4.98. With the two $5 off C9 coupons I had, I got them both for free!
Yes, here in Waldorf, MD the clearance shoes were an extra half off also. Some shoes cost me under a dollar!
Kerry,
I bought those same boat shoes for my older son for his 5th grade graduation last month. He wore them again for his cousin’s baptism the other day. He says they are very comfy. And he is picky shoe person. Lives in his black Crocs practically. I need to see if they have any left for my other two younger boys.
Kerry, my son is kinda the same way, except from the time he could walk we’ve had to buy the same exact shoes from target every time he outgrew them. He’s 3 now, I’m not sure what will happen if they stop making them LOL!
OH MY… I just came back from Target and did NOT go by the shoes..:0(…. well at least I can confirm that the toys section is FILLED with Clearance…. WOW my daughter is going to a b day party tomorrow and I hate shopping for other kids…. not only that I am never sure what they are into but what they already have and not have or want but also what the parents let them have too…
ANYWAYS, I am never happy when she has parties to go to… The kids toys are FILLED with clearance… we found her friend a Webkinz for $6.98… but since I am a prudent person I always head for the scanners first to check prices on everything in my cart…. it rang up $4.98… WOOHOO too bad no coupons towards toys yet.. but that’s a 75% price cut… so head up to your toy section…. ya never know…
Also bizzarely… I will never understand HOW the Catalina machines work… but with my J&J red cross kits (2) with coupon ($3.00 off) and one pack of gauze ($2.00 off) a pack of graham goldfish on special at $1.75 ($1.00 off) and a bonus pack of shaving cream and a venus razor and a olay quench lotion in beach bag promo at $8.48 ( $5.00 off in regional insert…$0.55 off shaving gel SS) all of this totalling with the toy $9.47 after all my coupons triggered a Catalina coupon for $1.00 off 2 goldfish grahams…. amazing… I don’t know how it works but I will take the deal!
Hello Kerry in the USA Weekend there is a Q for a free any flavor 12oz smoothie or frappe from McDonald’s.
Kerry, I always love to read your posts, you are so entertaining, lol!
My son had those exact shoes last year. He loved them. Whew. Big score. They were comfy, and went with just about everything. Oh and he got ONE shoe soaking wet one day and I was sure it was ruined, but darn if it didn’t dry out just fine.
THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!! I went and got my son several pairs of shoes, they still had the 30% off sign and I took the shoes to a price scanner and they all rang up 75% off!!!! YEAH!! I am about to go run to the other Target in just a few minutes!
Thanks sooo much!!! I just ran out tonight after dinner and got my son 2 pairs and myself a cute pair as well!!! All were marked 75% off so I got all 3 pairs for $15.00!!! Needless to say I am one happy girl!!!!
Funny, I also bought those same boat shoes for my son for a program a couple weeks back. They were 50% off then, though!! So maybe they have some bigger sizes at 75% now… yay, thanks for the heads up!!
I just came from the Orange City, FL Target and there was clearance everywhere. I saw 4 aisles of shoes. I bought two pairs for my 13 month old for $6. Clearance also in the automotive, tools, summer decorations, wrapping paper, clothes, etc. I also got an awesome rolling laptop/overnight bag at 75% off for my husband.
I got 5 pairs for $20! There are shoes clearanced on the regular priced aisles as well! I almost missed them!
The Target in West Melbourne, FL also had clearance shoes. There was a section for 30%, 50%, and 75% off. Picked up new school shoes for my dd and a pair of sandals for ds. The toy section was also over-run w/ clearance. I got all ds’s b-day presents for under $10 (he’s only going to be 2 so lots of gifts aren’t necessary). I’ll be heading back with dh this week w/out the kids in tow so we can start some Christmas shopping.
Wow, thanks for this post. After reading it, I headed to Target and stocked up on kid shoes for my two little boys. They were so excited they wanted to wear them to bed!
Also, checked out the toy section and found lots of clearance toys-just in time for the younger one’s birthday later this month. Thanks so much for all you do. It’s fantastic!
Found Thomas the Train Duplo sets for $2.50 from $10. Found a Buzz Lightyear soccer ball, same $2.50 from $10. Going to have to check out the shoes more carefully tomorrow, I only saw one small clearance end cap with very little on it.
I checked out the shoe section and sure enough, there was a bunch of shoes from 30%-50% off. I got about 10 pairs of shoes for all three of my kids at an average of $3.50 each, inlcuding my son’s favorite Spiderman sandals and my daughters princess sandals for 50% off. I even bought shoes for my unborn son just to stay ahead of the game. I hate paying $12 for kids shoes, I don’t know why. Now I feel like I got a good deal. I think I will go back again soon to see what else they have added and take a look at the toys. Never too soon to stock up on Christmas gifts!
Great kids shoe clearance at my store too! PLUS the register kicked out a $5 off/$20 shoe purchase…going back to stock up again today! I don’t cry as much when my 2 year old loses a shoe if I’ve paid clearance for it vs full price!
