Some of you can expect up to 4 inserts this weekend. There is a Smart Source a RedPlum, a Unilever Red Plum and the beloved P&G. You can take a look at the preview HERE (just a note, that they have combined the RedPlums on the preview, but they are separate RP inserts).  I see lots of coupons to add in to my pages and it’s a good thing too since sooo many old ones will be expiring on 7/31. Looks like lots of good ones, and a good weekend to pick up extra copies of the paper. There will be some Target coupons coming for some to, and will get that post up in a bit.

Remember when viewing the insert preview that inserts vary from region to region, some areas may not get certain coupons or your denominations may vary – but you can check out what you may see in your paper on Sunday HERE.

*If you do not get the Qs you hoped for in your inserts- or typically don’t buy a lot of papers- you can always use a clipping service. If you don’t have a clipping service yet- I reccomend My Coupon Hunter or  TheCouponClippers or you can search for coupons on eBay to see if any of these sources have what you need.  You can also try trading coupons here on the site on the Trades Page.

Christy tried to tell me this yesterday, but since I was in a bit of a fog, I completely skipped right over it. But got another e-mail from Kristin today about it- which jumpstarted my brain again! Anyway, there is a great rebate for Star Wars toys that goes nicely with the clearance deals on some of the Star Wars toys people have been finding at Target.  But you are a little tight on time, since purchases dates are between 5/28 – 7/31.

But, if you buy/have bought $25 or more worth of qualifying Star Wars items (list is HERE) between those dates then go HERE to print out a form to receive either a Dual Action Lightsaber or Captain Rex Helmet for Free!  You will need to mail in the form and your original receipts by 8/16.  If you want to get both items you will need to submit a separate form and corresponding receipts for each one.   Note that if they run out of any items they may substitute an alternative item.

My Dad and His Prize Antique International Engine at an Engine show in '09

Hey All! Good news, my Dad came through just fine and he’s out and in Recovery! WHEW!! Took longer than they thought, but he is in good shape and will now be well on his way to getting better. I am thankful too, that my older sister will be driving up there for a few days to help my Mom out a little bit since they plan on keeping him for about a week. I am sooooo relieved, and THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH for all your positive thoughts! Ahhhh, I can breathe again!

So still no word yet on what time my Dad’s surgery is today- upsetting- since I wanted it to be early and it is already after 9am. But he sounds good and ready, so I am going to stay positive, keep busy, and think good thoughts, since today may be a long day. On that positive note- I will leave you with a chance at a little coupon sunshine…
