So there was lots of clearance at my store and one of the things I noticed was that there are tons of Air Freshener Products starting to get marked down. For me it was15%  Off on most items, but there was literally a ton of it on clearance and across many brands too. Certain Scents from each brand were being clearanced. It was on the endcaps and all over the aisle. I am going to do a little round up as this should be something to watch for a further drop, if you haven’t noticed a biggger drop than me already. I found a really large Price Cut on Mrs. Smith’s Pies yesterday. I only wish there was a coupon available to pair it with, but nothing to my knowledge. But Price Cut is good until 8/21, so you never know, one may pop up! Even without the coupon they are are Price Cut to $1.99 for both the Dutch Apple and Cherry varieties, down from $4.34 regular price, so it’s a savings of over 50% that you may want to take advantage of if you find the same at your store.

So if you have not spotted the Colgate Gift Card Deal (can see more details on the Special Deals Page HERE), or if you have only found some of the signs on some of the products. Here’s something else you can look for in order to try and take advantage of it. Karen K. Noticed a large Shelf Talker by some shower caddys advertising this deal. It shows a picture of all the items included and says “Get a $5 Gift Card when you buy 4 or more of these products to fill your shower caddy”.

While some of you report finding the Body Wash, Toothpaste or a partial list of products, the Razors for a lot of you are not prompting the Gift Card, so take a look for this display in your store, as the Hydro razors are pictured right on it. It’s funny how regional this deal is, and now that it’s being tied in with the College Essentials 2010 theme, I am wondering if it has anything to do with wether or not you are in close proximity to a major college. Hmmm… just a thought- but I sure wish it would show up in my neck of the woods.
