Speaking of Gardens, probably everyone has heard by now that the Garden Centers will be closing at all Target Stores. Is anyone seeing and major clearance for those with ones still open? The last time I wanted to check in on mine there was a major storm going on, so I was not permitted to enter it, since they had closed it temporarily due to weather. It was actually pretty sparse in there the last time I had checked, but want to definitely keep an eye on it – as I am hoping for some great clearance buys.

Recently Quaker contacted me about sampling their new Quaker Life Soft Baked Nutrition Bars for Adults.  I was delighted when the bars were delivered as the flavors were very appealing- Banana Walnut Bread and Cinnamon Roll Raisin Pecan and I couldn’t wait to try them!  They turned out to be really delicious- soft, chewy, and even better when warmed up! Both were extremely tasty, but I must confess that the Banana Walnut Bread was my favorite!

I invited some of of my friends & family members over for a little get together a few days later to get their reaction and see if they were also impressed.  Sure enough, they were a big hit!  Suzi said the Banana Walnut Bread Bars tasted just like homemade banana bread and they were some of the tastiest bars she had ever had.  Margaret, a busy mom always on the lookout for healthy snacks, found these to be the perfect fit for a breakfast on the go and they took care of her sweet tooth!  Debbie absolutely loved them and was surprised at how good a nutrition bar could taste.
