So I have heard from Amanda & Cristi that the Charmin Sensitive 18 packs are also included in this week’s P&G Gift Card Deal for $9.99 each. While there is a nice stack on it if you have the Target coupons, there is also an added bonus that some of you are finding- an additional $30 worth of P&G coupons inside:

  • $1/1 Puffs 3 pack or larger
  • $1/1 Bounce Free & Sensitive
  • $2/1 Charmin Sensitive
  • $1/1 Head & Shoulders
  • $1/1 Metamucil Product
  • $1/1 Charmin Freshmates
  • $1/1 Secret Clinical Strength
  • $5/1 Align Digestive Care
  • $2/1 Prilosec OTC
  • $2/1 Venus Embrace Razor
  • $2/1 Olay Facial Moisturizer
  • $2/1 Pampers Diapers
  • $2/1 Gillette Body Wash
  • $2/1 Gillette Deodorants
  • $3/1 Tide Free and Gentle
  • $3/1 Tide Stain Release Free

Cristi sent me a picture of what these bonus packs look like. On the side there is also a big advertisement for the coupons. If you find these packages you could be in for a really sweet deal. This gift card deal goes thru March 5th…

FREE $5 Gift Card wyb (2) Charmin 18 Pack Bath Tissue $9.99
-$1/1 Charmin Bath Tissue Target Coupon 1-30-11 RP x3/31
-$2.50/2 Charmin: (1) Freshmates Wipes AND (1) Bath Tissue Target Coupon 1-30-11 RP x3/31
-$1/1 Charmin Ultra Strong, Ultra Soft or Sensitive Bath Tissue Target Coupon 2-20-11 RP x4/30
-$2/1 Charmin Sensitive Bath Tissue Target Coupon 2-20-11 RP x4/30

$1/2; .25/1 Charmin 2-27-11 PG x3/31

Your deal will vary depending on your starting coupons, but here’s the best possible starting deal…

DEAL IDEA: Buy (2) Charmin 18 pack ($9.99) = $19.98
-$4.00 (use two $2/1 Charmin Sensitive Bath Tissue Target Coupon 2-20-11 RP x4/30
-$1/2 Charmin 2-27-11 PG x3/31
= $14.98 – $5 Gift Card Back wyb 2
= $9.98 for two 18-packs or .27 cents per roll after coupons and Gift Card

Now once you do the above deal, if you find the packages with the coupons, you can do the identical deal above, but substitute your $1/2 Charmin for the two $2/1 Sensitive found inside, and end up paying $6.98 for 2 packages or .19 cents a roll! You can keep rolling as long as you find the coupon packages and have the Target Coupons to stack.

Now, since there are also $1/1 Freshmates coupons inside, you could  also do this as your second transaction instead to get a break on Freshmates along with your bath tissue….

DEAL IDEA: Buy (2) Charmin 18 pk ($9.99) & (2) Charmin 40 ct Freshmates ($2.49) = $24.96
-$5.00 (use two -$2.50/2 Charmin: (1) Freshmates AND (1) Bath Tissue TQ 1-30-11 RP x3/31
-$2.00 (use the two $1/1 Charmin Freshmates from inside the packages
-$4.00 (use the two $2/1 Charmin Sensitive Bath Tissue from inside the packages
= $13.96 – $5 Gift Card Back wyb 2 Charmin Bath Tissue
= $8.96 for two 18-packs of bath tissue AND 2 tubs of Freshmates after coupons & Gift Card

As long as you can find the packages with the coupons inside, you can buy 2 using no coupons to start, and now do a second transaction, using the $2/1 Charmin Sensitive coupons from the first. After both transactions it will work out to $25.96 after coupons & Gift Cards for four 18 packs or 72 rolls or .36 cents a roll. And it just gets better with any coupons you may have on hand to use.

-Thanks Cristi of TheKingsCourt4 & to Amanda for the heads up!

    -$1/2 Charmin 1-30-11 PG x2/28/2011
is expired though? still sounds like a pretty good deal though, especially with the bonus coupons! My target had the Tide Stain Release Free & Clear on Clearance and I was able to pick up a few of them with a $3 off coupon.

  2. Lisa says:

Awesome, now I need to go to target AGAIN. I did this deal once w/the regular charmin and not the sensitive and I thought that was a good deal this is even better if I can find the ones with the coupons inside.

  3. Kerry says:

Hey Lisa- yes sorry just put in wrong CHarmin Q- this past weekend has Charmin too- you may have a .50 cents difference since some areas got .25/1, got it updated thanks!

  4. ashley s says:

Also, if you have the P&G coupon book, you can use the $1/1 charmin bath tissue.

  5. tina b says:

if you got the P&G $110 coupon booklet, there is a $1/1 which is even beter than the $1/2! I’m going to Target today to do this. Wish I got the target coupons in my inserts to make it even better :(

  6. ilona says:

i just came back and they only had 3 packages left and none of them had coupons. oh well. still got 2 and used my coupons plus $15 in gift cards so it was still a good deal cause i needed toilet paper.

  7. Lisa says:

Just went to target they had two packs of sensitive charmin tissue left, so I used my coupons, got the $5 gift card and scored some even better coupons inside so i can do the rolling deal. Going to hit my other target on the way home from work. Awesome!

  8. Cindy says:

Has anyone ever tried the ‘Sensitive’ version and how does it differ from the ‘Extra Strong’? Thanks!

  9. Sheila says:

Does anyone know what the expiration date of the “in pack” coupons is?

  10. Katie says:

I went to my arget today to get these and the coupons were only in the Extra extra big package. : ( I was hoping that they would have been in the 18 roll package, but I had two $1 off coupon so I think that I did well anyways.

  11. Lisa says:

@ Cindy the coupons don’t expire until 2013!!!!

  12. Keri says:

I had bought Charmin last week cause we needed it and my package advertised the coupon booklet inside. Your post reminded me that I hadn’t pulled the coupons out, so I went to do so. When I removed the TP from our hall closet I saw that the end was torn open already. I was sad to see that someone had opened the package at the store and taken the coupons out :( I think that is just tacky!!! Oh well, not a big deal in the end, just annoying!

  13. Kerry says:

@Keri- that is pretty awful- and ridiculous!

  14. Tiffani says:

The q in the P&G booklet states $1 off on any one Charmin MegaRoll. Are these packages considered MegaRoll? Has anyone used this q for this deal yet?

  15. naomi says:

The coupon from the PG booklet is for Megaroll, are the ones with GC Megarolls??

  16. ana says:

Picked these up today but used my giftcard to purchase some powerade 8pks and some other things. The only thing I didn’t have a coupon for was the archer farms ice cream that wasn’t a necessity but a nice treat.
I felt bad for a fellow couponer @ checkout who got stuck w/a very meticulous old lady & told her to try a different location next time for an easier checkout.

P.S> Check the clear section for hair products. I found that lots of stuff was added to clearance since my last shopping trip :)

  17. Mike says:

Didn’t see any Sensitive in the Mega Roll variety, but the blue package came in a 9ct Mega Roll package!

  18. LeAnn says:

I did this deal today and was able to use 2 of the $1/1 coupons from the P&G booklet. My transaction was like this:

    Charmin $9.99
    -$1/1 Mfr coupon
    Charmin $9.99
    -$1/1 Mfr coupon
    -$2 Target coupon
-$1 Target coupon (I only had one insert so had to use the $1/1 coupon instead of two $2/1 coupons)

With the $5 gift card it equals $9.98 for 2-packs or just under $.28/roll. There were only 3 packs left at my store.

  19. florence says:

I have to say I went hunting for this deal today, but i didnt find any charmin 18 pk. around with q’s inside of it! yes it was a bummer… but its okay i did my freebie shopping while i was there and left the store happy!!!

  20. Leslie says:

I didn’t find these coupons in the sensitive rolls, but in the blue package charmin. One package had been torn open and the coupons taken out. Made me hurt a little cause I know most honest couponers would never do that.

  21. Dayna says:

Has anyone had issues with Target charging you too much when you do these gift card deals with coupons? I just noticed on my receipt that they don’t take the manufacturer coupon amount off….it is listed there, but the math does not come out……has anyone noticed this and what did you do? I wonder how many times this has happened to me and I never noticed!
