According to the Target Coupon policy- a coupon that is for more than the amount of the item will be adjusted down. But this may not happen at all stores since the coupons are scanning without having to be forced through. When using these $3/1 coupons on this deal – you must also be prepared for the $5 from the Gift Card to be applied as $5 in coupon value.
