The terms are a little hard to read, but I can see that clearance is excluded when using this code. But I can say the code is stackable. So for example- when I put a Men’s Merona Sweater into my cart, I was able to use the $5 Off code TGTARJUJ AND the 20% Off Men’s Merona Apparel code TGT2X6XT and it gave me the discount for both. Keep in mind that lots of select Apparel is also on a B1G1 50% Off.

I can’t seem to get it to go through with my debit card also. I finally added some rainboot liners for $4.98 and it went through. Also, the liners were less than that so it was less than $4 total.
It wouldnt let me order the $5 scarf be itself either, so i added a $5 GC to my order. I paid $5 which is the value of the GC, and the scarf came out free. I was planning on picking some things up at Target tomorrow anyways, so i chose to have the GC emailed to me, so i can go use it tomorrow.
Has anyone gotten it to work when your total is 0.00?? It keeps asking me to enter a payment even though I already did. I saw some of you were having the same issue so I was wondering if there is a solution.
All my orders worked when my total was zero but my redcard is already programmed into my account as the payment
My card was already programmed in because I have already placed a couple of orders. This one is not working though.
I was able to get my orders to go through even when they were at $0.00, with the debit card. The first time through I kept getting hung up with the page not responding after I entered the PIN. I switched from using IE9 to Google Chrome and everything went smoothly after that. I didn’t get a message saying there was no payment method entered on either browser, so I don’t know what is holding it up for some of you – but I think I did about 10 orders with a 0 balance before taxes were added.
My total is 0 after taxes…maybe that is why it is getting tripped up. I tried Firefox but its not working there either.
Maybe it is the zero balance then, I ended up with a bunch of .30 charges because all I was paying was tax.

How are you guys getting it to take 0.00 mine just says I do not have a valid payment method when it is zero….are you guys paying tax? Because there is not tax here in Jersey. Maybe the browser…what broser?? Just seeing if I can figure out why some can check out with 0.00 and others can’t. Thanks!
Larissa, it was giving me the same error message when I tried to use two codes that resulted in 0.00 total, it wouldnt let me. But my other orders went through and were .31 with tax, but I hav no idea how it would work since there’s not tax where you are…
I just talked to a guy on the phone and the 50% off isn’t coming out right. He said to try later because they are working on it!
So I had some clearance shirts sitting in my cart for a week now and I would have LOVED if they would have let the code be for clearance however I found that they made wonderful filler items for orders that were right at $5. So the 50% discount and the $5 code were NOT playing nice but that is okay it was still giving some sort of % off with the $5 which is better than a poke in the eye! I got 4 sets of the mix match womens socks(2 sets of 2 colors that way I would have matching pairs) and 4 toddler shirts for 5.06 AWESOME! One set of the socks is a Christmas gift and the other is for me
. So yay one more Christmas gift and some of my sons summer clothes are taken care of.
Has anyone had orders shipping for free??? Yesterday when i placed orders it said i was going to have to pay tax, but now after my item was shipped it says i don’t have to pay tax.
Mine shipped “free” also without the tax this morning. How does that work? Will it just show up later?

Im extremely frustrated w. TARGET tonight and just needed to vent. Today I came home to a UPS note on my door. I decided to go on UPS.com and to check the status of my packages. To my unpleasant surprise UPS had attempted to deliver 9 packages today for the 1st and FINAL time. I immediately called UPS and asked them how could it be the FINAL attempt if it was the 1st!! She then told me that the shipper choose a economical option of shipping called “BASIC ONE”, and when this option is chosen, ONLY ONE DELIVERY ATTEMPT is made after that your package gets sent back, i asked if they can be held and she told me no, that unfortunately there was nothing she could do about it. I then called target and after reading all 9 order number to the rep 2x (i got disconnected with the 1st rep, she then told me she could give me a refund, I said i purchased the items with coupons and the refund isn’t the equivalent of having the items. She then told me that she would put a note in my case saying that once the items were received , i can reorder the items and they would give it to me for the price i paid the 1st time. This is so fustrating. I told her it didn’t make sense to offer RED CARD holders free shipping and then only attempt to deliver our packages only once!!! The response i got was “Yes Mam”
