I was excited about this and told my mom, so I picked her up and we went to Target to get these…but no deal here
I always get the scunci elastic bands at walgreens when they’re free after RR. This is still a good deal, but if you don’t, “need” them you could wait. Walgreens has the deal on them once every month, or month and a half.

For those of us in Western Washington, I have noticed that clearances and some regional deals don’t make it our way until a week or two after it’s posted on this blog. Just keep it in your mind for your next target visit and check!
