I have gotten a few e-mails now about a new version of the Hi Coupons! Target home mailer showing up in some lucky mailboxes. Like all of the other mailers with red & white covers, there will be LOTS of different versions.

It is for this reason I do not do a matchup on the Hi Coupons mailers. If I included a matchup from it on my deals- many of you will be left scratching your head looking for a coupon you didn’t get in yours. This is because not only does the total value of the book differ, (so far I have a $17, a $23, a $29 & a $26 one & I know there will be more) but the coupons inside vary too. I always find it so interesting how much they differ from one another. Amber, Allison & Karen all shared the coupons inside theirs and most of them are so different. I wish that wasn’t the case- y’all know that I am always happy to match up a mailer- but with so many different versions- it just becomes too big a task.

As always for those of you wondering– home mailers are random – there is no 100% fool-proof way to get one. Sometimes having created a baby or wedding registry may help, or spending on a REDcard helps, or filling a prescription, and the list of theories goes on. But none of these things are a 100% guarantee you will start receiving them and unfortunately there is no definite mailing list to get on. But there was an interesting article recently that did talk about one of the ways Target determines some of the recipients of their home mailer which you can read about HERE.

-Thanks for the heads up to Maureen at SoSaveMore, Amber, Allison & Karen.

I got one this week! Mine was the $29 value one…I actually got pampers coupons in mine, used a couple of the manufacture coupons out right now and scored the $10 gift card deal(with the purchase of 2 boxes) today for a really good deal!

  2. Jeanie says:

i have done none of those things listed above and i get one every time. so who the heck knows…. :)

This mailer finally came! I don’t understand why we are not getting these mailers often like we did at our old address…

It came right after we ordered something from Target website… hmm, that could be what triggered the mailer.

  6. Erin says:

I have done a wedding and baby registry there. I get all my prescriptions filled there and shop there usually once a week. I do get most coupon mailers…but not all….there have been a couple recently that I did not get. I just really wish I got them all!!

  7. Michele says:

I get a monthly prescription from Target and have their credit card. I shop there frequently and use their coupons. I seem to get all of the mailers, but somehow missed the one for $3 on the soap dispenser.

  8. allison says:

I got one of these on Tuesday! I did a happy dance when I saw it in the mail box!

  9. Rachel says:

i actually get the mailers, but they come addressed to me at my in-laws house, where i have never lived! figure that one out. haha, they are such a mystery!

  10. Emily says:

I used to get them and then they just stopped. So I don’t understand their thinking. I have the redcard and I fill all my prescriptions with them so it can’t be that. I use their coupons all the time too.

  11. Ami says:

I shop at Target, have filled prescriptions at Target and I have a RedCard. I have never received any of these mailers. I have also made several large orders online. Did I mention that I have NEVER received one???

  12. Barb says:

I never get these kinds of coupon packs, but this week I actually got 3 target coupons in the mail. It was a nice surprise.

  13. Anne O says:

OMG, I got these! My first Target coupon mailer ever, after years of loyal shopping!!

  14. Yvonne says:

I’ve usually gotten booklets in the past (I had a wedding registry, had a prescription or two filled, shop pretty regularly at Target-3 different stores within about 15 minutes of my house) but for the first time the new mailer came addressed to my husband who never does any sort of shopping at Target. It truly is a mystery.

  15. April Williams says:

Like everyone else, I’m unsure how you get on the list, but somehow I did a few years ago. And the most amazing thing, I moved about 7 months ago, and fell off the list somehow but guess what I found in my mail box this week, yes, the target coupons.

  16. Kelly says:

I don’t have a red card or fill prescriptions there. The “Hi Coupons” seem to be the only mailers I get. I do have a baby registry and have been buying a lot of baby products there in the past few months and I don’t get any of the baby mailers lol. I’m sure they have a method to their madness but heck if I can figure it out. Did anyone that received the Hi Coupon book do any matchups. I didn’t get the pampers coupon in mine and haven’t seen much else that looks promising.

I actaully got three mailers this week, but I just signed up for their debit card so I am wondering if that is why. I never received this many mailers before. We also just got a new target in town so maybe that is another reason.
