I posted earlier about how you can get a FREE Scrubbing Bubbles One Step Toilet Bowl Cleaning Starter kit when you combine a coupon  for $5/1 Scrubbing Bubbles One Step Toilet Bowl Cleaner Kit at Zip 32256 with a $5 Mail in rebate wyb One Step Toilet Bowl Cleaner purchased between 4/9 – 4/30 at zip 77477. These kits sell for $9.49 – $9.99 regular price at Target, making it a small money maker or at the very least FREE after coupon and rebate depending on your price.

But even though we lost our gift card deal on the starter kits (ended 4/7) we now have a new offer for a FREE $5 Gift Card wyb 3 One Step refills thru 5/5. I have heard from a few of you now about finding a B1G1 FREE Refill coupon in your Starter Kits. If you find a coupon in your starter kit too, you can do this to get a great deeal on the refills….

DEAL IDEA: Buy 3 Scrubbing Bubbles One Step Refills ($3.99) = $11.97
-$3.99 (use B1G1 FREE One Step Refills up to $3.99 (found inside some starter kits)
= $7.98 – $5 Gift Card back for buying 3
= $2.98 for all 3 or around $1 each after coupon & Gift Card

If you have purchased a few kits in the past from previous deals and have 2 or 3 coupons to use- even better. If you have 2 coupons and buy 4- it will be the same price ($2.98 for 4). Or even better if you have 3 B1G1 coupons- you will buy 6, pay for 3 ($11.97) and get back two $5 Gift Cards or like paying $1.97 for 6 refills or around 32 cents each.

I don’t see any other mainstream coupons available right now that will work on the One Step Toilet Cleaner refill, but if one pops up I will let you know. Please keep in mind, unadvertised Gift Card Deals can be regional and unavailable at all stores.

-Thanks for the heads up on the B1G1 coupon to Stephanie, Lisa T & for the picture to Valerie!

I got a BUNCH of the starter kits free a while back, so I have a lot of the BOGO coupons. If anyone has more than 1, you could buy 4 for the same price, making them $.75 each!

  2. leeann says:

Why not buy 4? Then they will only be $.74 a piece .

  3. Kerry says:

@Leann- if you buy 2 starter kits & find 2 coupons- absolutely. your second starter will be $4.49- $4.99 after a $5 coupon

  4. Kerry says:

yes- may want to check all your boxes if you’ve already purchased these!

  5. samantha says:

I have a bunch of these coupons! You could buy 6 and use 3 bogo coupons and get 2 5$ giftcards in one transaction right? if you could then it’d be .30 ea after giftcards and coupons!

  6. Laura Nygaard says:

Is the rebate still there? I can’t find it .

  7. Catie says:

The little coupon books that you often find in magazines like women’s day (other coupons usually include glade and ziploc, for example) had a coupon for $2 off any 2 scrubbing bubbles bathroom cleaners

  8. steph says:

so is there NOT a $5 gift card with the starter kit deal? other blogs were reporting there were….but I trust this site,

  9. Stacie says:

I usually don’t do MIR, but how many can you usually do per household?

  10. cynthia says:

Stacie, they only allow one MIR per household

  12. Kerry says:

@Steph- to the best of my knoledge there is no GC with starter kit. It ended on APril 7th and now there is a new deal for the refills. hth

  13. Erica S says:

@ Catie thanks for reminding me I a whole bunch of the BOGO coupon plus I have a couple of the 42/2 coupons which makes this a better deal YAY

  14. Kerry says:

Unfortunately the One Step Toilet Bowl Cleaning products are not bathroom cleaners. yes the toilet is in the bathroom- but there are specific SB products called “bathroom cleaners” jmo anyway

  15. Stephanie says:

Here is what happened when I did my transaction today. So I bought one starter kit for 9.99 and 6 refills for 3.99 each. I had the $5 printable off the starter kit and I had TWO BOGO’s for the refills. When I checked out I got 9.99 mfr coupon ??? used the $5 printable and I got to use ONE of the BOGO??? Plus I got two $5 GC. So I am not sure what happened or where the 9.99 MFR coupon came from because I sure did not have anything like that in my hand but I will take it. Total for the transaction was 14.95 and with the $10 in GC making it 4.95 for the starter kit and the 6 refills. I’m still going to send in for the rebate who knows I may get it or not making it .05 moneymaker :) Hope everyone else had the same luck!

  16. Brenda says:

Where can I find the bogo coupons?

  17. Erin L says:

    inside the one step boxes

  18. Betty C. says:

Hi!! I am trying to go over this deal but I’m a bit confused with the “Scrubbing Bubbles One Step Toilet Bowl Cleaning Starter kit” deal. I know there is a $5 MIR when you buy 1, but I do not find a $5/1 starter kit coupon that the cashier can scan. Am I correct? if not, pelase someone correct me. I would love some cheap or free scrubbing bubbles!! :)

  19. Jenny says:

Wow this sounds like a great deal and my printer is down :-(. Can that be combine with the target/ sc Johnson $5 GC coupon too?

  20. Amanda says:

Hi. Where do I find the coupon for the $5 GC? Is there even a coupon?

  21. estela says:

    i have a question if i buy 4 and use 2 b1g1 coupons can i also use a 2/2 coupon????

  22. Mary Villareal says:

There was a .75/1 scrubbing bubbles, windex, pledge, shout out tear pad from walmart.

  23. Mary Villareal says:

If my math is right this would be the scenario
    6 refills @3.99: $23.94
    3 refills free:$-11.97
    3 .75/1 coupons : -$2.25

    Total oop :$9.72
    Get back 2 $5 gc
    .18 mm

  24. Jenny says:

The $5 target GC with the purchase or 2 scrubbing bubbles and Scott tissue, Kleenex or viva towel on 2/26 SS. Use $1/1 scoot tissue SS 3/11 and if you have a $1/1 Catalina TQ too that is a good deal.

  25. Kerry says:

@Mary & Estela- according to TQ policy you cannot use another $ Off MQ along with a B1G1 MQ on the non-free item . hth

  26. Connie says:

I did this on Monday. Bought 6 $3.99, used 3 BOGO, tax $.84 paid oop $ 12.81 after GCs, Total $2.81! What a great “stumble”!

  27. Heidi B says:

Has anybody tried this product? I bought one and thought it was pretty much worthless so I wouldn’t recommend buying it no matter how cheap it is!

  28. maria says:

@stephanie. It looks like they took of $9.99 for one of the bogo Q’s for the refills and
$5.00 for the starter kit and $3.99 for the other bogo Q for the refills. Cashier must have made mistake. But u got a great deal.

  29. Jennifer says:

I bought two kits back when there was a good deal at Walgreens, and I really like it. It makes my bathroom smell good, and I think it does a good job with the cleaning also. I have not scrubbed my toilet with a toilet brush for a month or so since installing the kit, and my bowl is still shiny and white. A word of warning if you have a bad cat, though: mine bit through the little hose on the kit. So I was glad I had picked up a second kit on sale, and now my bathroom door is closed!

  30. kirsten says:

When does the gift card deal for the refills end?

  31. kim says:

someone stole the coupons out of my starter kits….. I can tell the box had been opened. booooo crazy couponers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  32. Linda B says:

Found the rebate, but not the $5 coupon. Checked the entire coupon list at 32256.

  33. Toni says:

I happened to have 9 B1G1 coupons so I really made out. Plus I found the toilet cleaning gel on clearance (reg 4.49, sale for 2.38) so I used my ‘Buy a Scrubbing Bubbles Toilet Cleaning Gel and receive a free Fresh Brush Toilet Cleaning System or refill FREE – up to $7.99 value”. I walked out of Target on a cloud!

  34. allicatmeow says:

@those looking for the $5 coupon: i believe there is only a $3 coupon left. it may be NLA.

also, if you got the “Hi, Coupons!” mailer, there is a .50/1 Cleaning Item (Scrubbing Bubbles, Windex, or Pledge), so you can stack that with this deal.

  35. Barb Wyatt says:

Same thing happened to me. I did 2 orders, each with a Starter Kit and 6 refills since I had a total of 6 BOGO refill coupons and 2 of the $5.00 starter kit coupons.

FIrst order, it took $9.49 off the starter kit and then $5.00 off one of the refills and then $3.99 off another one of the refills. It did this one both orders. The cashier pointed out to me on the register screen that it was taking off $9.49 instead of the $3.99 and she said “Bonus to you because I can’t change the coupon price”. She also mentioned something to me about good coupon karma since I was buying Stayfree pads that were on clearance for $1.44 a pack and I had $2/2 Stayfree coupons and am donating them.
So after each order including the gift cards and the $5 rebate each order is -$.05!! Thank you Target!!!

  36. Jennifer says:

Anyone know when this deal is good through? I have 6 of the BOGO coupons that I want to use.
