Amanda has a recipe today for those of you looking for a sweet dessert that is decadent, satisfying, AND low in calories!  Her Skinny Strawberry Cheesecakes are oh so easy to make and only contain around 140 calories. 

What makes this recipe even sweeter is that you can change it up by simply swapping out the flavor of yogurt or graham cracker based on your preferences!
