SUMMER MOVIE FESTIVALS & OFFERS: Summer’s almost here and many of you will be looking for fun ways to cool off. Why not take in a movie? Many large theaters participate in FREE or very inexpensive Summer Film Festivals including Muvico, Regal Cinemas, United Artists and more. Movies are rated G or PG. LAKESHORE LEARNING CRAFT: Saturday, May 26th from 11 am – 3 pm – Kids can make their own star spangled wand to show their patriotic spirit this Memorial Day. You can go HERE for more information or to find a location.
POTTERY BARN KIDS: Every Tuesday from 11am-11:30am, kids of all ages can attend Story Time, check out program details HERE. Time & Date for Story Hour may vary by store, call to confirm first.
SUMMER READING PROGRAMS: Summer is just around the corner- and there are several organizations and companies like Barnes & Noble, Pizza Hut, and more offering special incentives to help encourage children to keep reading over the summer. You can checkout my post HERE for more details.
DISCOUNT ON IMAX OR 3D MOVIES: Here’s a way to catch a break on the cost of 3D or IMAX movie tickets thanks to Fandango & KFC. Through June 17th or while supplies last, Fandango and KFC are offering $5 off an IMAX or 3D movie ticket (discount is limited to a maximum of 2 tickets). Just go HERE and enter your zip code to find theaters in your area offering online ticket purchases with Fandango. (Just look for the orange tickets icon). Once you find a theater showing the 3D or IMAX movie you want to see, make your purchase and $5 will automatically come off. You can purchase up to 2 tickets for a total of $10 off.
LOWE’S BUILD & GROW: Saturday, May 26th – Kids can build a fun Ice Cream Truck complete with stickers and paperboard cutouts. Clinics can fill up fast so you may want to register early. Be sure and check out all the clinics Lowe’s has to offer and register for those too if you have interest. FREE Build & Grow Clinics give kids a chance to build a wooden project and receive a free apron, goggles, patch, and more! You will first need to sign up for a “MyLowe’s” account HERE before you can access Lowe’s Build and Grow. Once you have an account and password, go HERE and sign in to Lowe’s Build and Grow for all the details.
CHUCK E CHEESE: Sign up for the Chuck E. Cheese’s e-club for exclusive coupon deals, get FREE tokens on your child’s birthday, kid’s activities and rewards! Just go HERE and enter your email address to get started on great ways to save on food & fun. Joining the e-club is completely free and only takes a few seconds. You can also go HERE to download FREE Rewards Calendars to help your kids earn FREE tokens for good behavior. For example, there’s a Daily Chores Calendar. Kids can record each day they complete their chores and then bring it in to get 10 free tokens. No more than 1 of any free token offer can be used per child, per day, only at participating locations. KIDS BOWL FREE: Check out the Kids Bowl Free program at participating bowling centers across the United States. Just go HERE to see if there is a center near you, and then register. If sign-up is not available at your center yet – you can choose to be notifiied when registration is open. Registered kids will get TWO free games of bowling EVERY DAY throughout the summer! Locations have different start dates, policies and age restrictions, so be sure to check out the details at the location where you sign up.
REGAL CINEMAS: Get a $2/1 Hot Dog valid thru 5/27 from Regal Cinema when you “Like” them on Facebook. Then enter your mobile phone number. ANHEUSER-BUSCH PARKS FREE ADMISSION FOR MILITARY - Any active duty, activated or drilling reservist, or National Guardsman is entitled to FREE Admission at participating parks including SeaWorld Orlando, Busch Gardens Tampa Bay or Williamsburg to name a few, as part of their “HERE’S TO THE HEROES” program. You can register HERE first or in the entrance plaza of participating parks and show a Department of Defense photo ID.
