I recently shopped at the Dardeen Prairie Target, and I will say that it will be the last place I will shop. Not only did I spend an hour and a half at the photo scanner to find out after all that time that the scanner had NO picture CD’s to copy my images onto, but the woman behind the counter watched me scan and never said once that there were no available CD’s. After I spoke with a manager about the absence of a sign letting their customers know that there were no CD’s, I was given a brush off and a coupon for $3 off my next purchase. Also, I tried calling that store location to have some xmas ornaments held for me, not one person answered the phone and I let it ring for a solid 5 minutes. TARGET……What kind of company are you running? Your employees are underinformed, incapable of conversing with your customers, and unavailable to answer questions. It seems to me that you need to have a restaffing and quickly.
