Here’s wishing everyone a SUPER FUN Halloween! I hope you all get lots of treats, have a great time and be safe! Some of you have already been spotting a little smattering of Halloween clearance at your stores on odds & ends but tomorrow (11/1) will be when all Halloween will go 50% Off except for candy- which usually goes to 30%. Some food items may sit at 30% for the first few days too. If history repeats itself, on November 4th is when we will likely see most stores drop to 70% off and 2 or 3 days later down to 90%. Not all stores follow the exact same schedule though- possibly you could see 70% off earlier or later at your store.

But in preparation- aside from the usual costumes and decorations etc that we know will be 50% Off-  there’s a few Halloween-themed products to look for- and I’ve listed any coupons that may come in handy below too. Let me know if you can think of any other coupons & I will add them to the list. Typically the paper & plastic goods disappear lightening fast- so if you want the good stuff you will likely have to get there early or have a little luck on your side. ;)

Thank you very much for posting these all in one place! I did some recon at Target tonight, made a list of the products I need coupons for and was getting ready to start clipping. Your list made my night!! Again – thanks so much!!

LOL Me too ladies!! I ALWAYS get excited to hit up the shelves for the after holiday clearance sales! :)

  6. Jessica says:

Target Hilo in Hawaii had all the Halloween Candy marked at 70% off today on 10/31/12. I also used the target coupons for even big savings. The big 200 piece bag candy of nestle crunch was marked down to $5.09 and I had a $1.00 off coupon so I only got $4.09.

  7. Kristin says:

Target in downtown Minneapolis had everything 70% off this morning, including candy. WOW!

  8. Lindsey says:

I went at 8:15 this morning to get some cute decorations that go fast. They were out of a cute outdoor ghost light-up item, but had one on display. They sold it to me for $10 regularly $35. So keep negotiating display items in mind! (and he was in fantastic condition!)

    Yay clearance :)

Did anyone find the yo crunch halloween cups marked down? I don’t know if they didn’t get to them yet or they weren’t going clearance. There wasn’t someone to ask and I needed to move on. They scanned at 67 cents.

Target in CherryHill NJ had candy 30% off but everything else full price. The manager told me this was the case in all Target stores- but my guess is that since the Jersey governor rescheduled Halloween to next week because of the storm, Target is acting like Halloween didn’t happen yet.

Frustrating to those like myself who woke up early to go before work but completely understandable. I’d love if anyone else had any insight.

i went today in MA candy/food was 30% off and the other stuff was 50%. I got 2 of the bounty napkins for $1 each after using a $1/2 coupon! i didnt see any of the tissues, solo cups, or dial soap.

50% off in Chicago suburbs. I found a light saber for $4, slipper socks, light up Halloween rings, and the last 2 packs of paper towels. I was bummed that the Count Chocula was not included as it is my husbands favorite and I always buy at least 6 boxes to last him until the next Halloween.

  13. A.R says:

appreciate everyone who mentioned the store location in their comments.. very helpful.. did anyone try the targets in philly area? TIA!!

  14. Priscilla Cavalca says:

I was so excited to get 2 boxes of 24 small bags of Pirate’s Booty at 50% today! Only $3.99. I guess they were meant for trick or treating but are perfect for school lunches!

  15. karl says:

Called Target in Philly and they also said no non-food markdowns and “we don’t know why, it comes from corporate”. I am a target clearance a-holic and am very bummed!

  16. Kelly says:

Caught sight of Puffs tissue on sale this am however didn’t get ANY because a woman seconds ahead of me had her cart full. Meanwhile I wiped my sniffling baby’s nose with my shirt. I did score those super cute picture frames I’d been eyeballing for a while!

  17. Cindy says:

The Target in Hunter’s Creek, FL was just about wiped out it seems!

Candy was 30%, non-candy was 50%. They had a lot of fall-themed stuff in the aisles, like baking pans and goodie bags, that was not on clearance at all, so definitely scan stuff.

I was pretty disappointed, but not surprised, with the remaining selection at 2pm today, but I couldn’t make it in before then. Nothing for brand name napkins, plates, cups, etc. Some of the popcorn balls, Oreo fun size bags, and Fruit Roll-ups. Lots of costumes and pails. A decent amount of bagged candy. And I did see the tiny sized Play-Doh still on the shelf. I had my eye on a cupcake holder, but I imagine that was gone quick!

Truthfully, I had more fun looking at all the Christmas stuff they were putting out! :-)

  18. Michelle R says:

Just an FYI for next year but the Target in Maryland went to 50% off decorations and paper products in Oct 31. Just happened to be in and saw the mark down, glad to use my coupons taht wer expiring taht day!

  19. angela says:

My target was pretty wiped out, there were lots of candy left all 30% off, and the decorations and costumes were 50% off. I scored by grabbing the last Cinderella dress for my daughter. Now the hard part will be waiting until Christmas to give it to her.

  20. Amanda says:

I got a see-through orange, 66-quart latch box (made by Sterilite) to store all my Halloween decorations in. It wasn’t with the Halloween stuff; it was over near the storage boxes. Unfortunately, it was only 30% off (not 50% off like all the other decorations) but I decided to get it anyway because there were only two and that’s exactly what I wanted. It was $6.28, original price $8.99. No Pillsbury Halloween Funfetti Cake Mix or Halloween Kraft Mac & Cheese that I could find. Lots of candy at 30% off. I believe I saw the Pillsbury Pumpkin Shape Sugar Cookies for $1.25; I almost bought them but didn’t have the $1/2 Pillsbury refrigerated cookie dough coupon and decided I didn’t really need them anyway. Lots of outdoor decorations and costumes available. This was in Lowell, MA.

  21. Kelly says:

Went to target in Sicklerville nj and rt 42 nj Washington Twp and candy was 30% off and rest was half but one worker said they were having an issue with the prices and the control ate office.
