I have bought a ton of things from them with no problems. The one time I had an issue with something in an order being cancelled I called their customer service line and they were very nice and solved it for me super fast. I’m sorry you guys had a bad experience, but honestly, I have had all good experiences with them.

Ordinarily, I don’t leave negative comments on blogsites, but I totally agree with Terri. I ordered from Totsy, the total on the site at ordering was one amount and then when the receipt was sent they added shipping charges(I was supposed to receive free shipping). I tried to contact them as well and never received a response. BEWARE, and if you do order, I would recommend ordering with a credit card that has a good “disputed charge” policy.

I would NOT recommend anyone buy anything from Totsy! I bought 2 pair of boots for my daughters from there and waited for about 3 weeks to get them. Then as soon as I got them, the quality was poor. One of my daughters wore her boots to school and the zipper split. I emailed them and still haven’t gotten any response a week later. I tried to call the phone number listed on the website and it said the number wasn’t in service, I called back again the next day and it just had a weird buzzing noise. It wasn’t a busy signal, just an odd noise.

HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM! BEWARE!
