Thank you Mike so much. I was pulling my hair out! This worked perfectly to downgrade my mac back to the Java 6. Coupons print perfectly now!

ok ladies (I assume most are), my wife had this problem so I was determined…and found the solution. If your husband or significant other is the computer person of the household, give it to them! Tell them Java 7 is not supported by Target coupon printing and they need to install and enable Java 6 and disable Java 7.

Here are the instructions (need to be an administrator for most of these steps):

Install Java 6 by downloading and running this installer:
http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1572

Then these are the instructions that will disable Java 7 and enable Java 6 (if Terminal scares you go to next step instead):
http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5559?viewlocale=en_US

If Terminal scares you, this is how to manually find the Java 7 file and delete it so Java 6 can work:
http://www.java.com/en/download/help/mac_uninstall_java.xml

Hope this helps you all, I know my wife was getting really upset by the expiration dates missing and the jumbled typing from Target coupons.

My Mac coupons print wierd- no exp date, the wording and barcode are off also. Barcode won’t scan, so my target won’t take them. Used to work fine until about a month ago

We just had issues printing SmartSource coupons on my husband’s (completely fully updated) Mac on both Safari and Firefox. The coupons print but the fine print is all screwed up and formatted weird, hope the store will take it, the barcode looks okay. I am so tired of wasting my prints and my ink on this problem!

Some of my coupons printed with expiration dates and some didn’t. RAGE!!! What can we do about this. I’m also using an iMac.

Nature Made vitamins are $5 this week.
Good stack if you print the $3/2 TQ and $3/2 MQ… (both on target.com/coupons)
Making them $4 for both, or $2 each!!! =)

Okay, the wording changed on Coupon Network. Honest – it used to say that it would ONLY work (Mac users) with Firefox 2.1, Safari 2.1, etc. — now they changed it to say “2.x and up.” But, I cannot even print any catalina deals from Coupon Network (itself) at all. How frustrating!

Maybe if we all ban together and email them to let them know that we want our Target coupons working perfectly, they’ll do something to upgrade.

I print from a Mac using Firefox. I have never had a problem until a couple weeks ago. A couple of my coupons printed with no expiration dates. I thought it was the sites error.

Yes, yes, yes, everyone!! Exactly the same: one Mac prints w/NO “Target coupon” and NO expiration date, and the other (much older) Mac laptop prints with NO expiration date. I know that this is the fault of Coupon Network, who runs the software for Target coupons: they are 2 versions “behind” on Safari and a whopping 15 or so on Firefox!

So…… was coming online to say THANK YOU, KERRY — your listing of expiration dates and explanations of all the Target coupons **is absolutely invaluable** to Mac users like me (and obviously MANY others!) so that I can still know when the Target coupons expire (I write them in pencil and then erase when I use them). I’m very lucky to have coupon-friendly Targets in my area, but I ALWAYS fear that they won’t be accepted. The ONLY saving grace is that they include the bullseye in the coupon area (think that started this summer).
