Here is hopefully some good news for those of you who are Mac Users and have been unable to print from Coupon Network due to Java Issues. Christine let me know that Coupon Network has now created their own Savings Printer. This new Savings Printer requires No admin rights and no Java.
Just go HERE and choose any printable coupon and click on “Print Now” and you should automatically be prompted to download the new Savings Printer App. Now just follow the instructions and once it is done, you will have to select your coupon(s) again, but once you do and hit print – you should be on your way! 
I will be crossing my fingers and hope this works for all of you who have been having trouble!

This is good news, I hope. I have a PC and use Firefox as my browser. I have been having issues with Coupon Network coupons for a couple of months now. I am able to print on Internet Explorer sometimes. Java has been acting crazy with new updates every other day. They never used to do that. HHMMMmmm. Some kind of anti-couponing conspiracy I presume. JK of course!!
now we need Target to do something. No Target coupons for months. very very sad!!!

Would be nice if smartsource would follow suit. I have had nothing but trouble recently with trying to print anything from them.

Dang it-it was working fine for me before, now they had to go and change it and I can’t print from Target or Coupon Network either one on either of my Macs. Not only can I not print, it shows I have reached my print limit after trying to print and the program won’t work. I am not happy!!!! I sent emails. We’ll see. Anyone else get it working on their Mac?
I cant print from my mac’s either.. however this new system works great. At least now I can get some beside raiding my neighbor computer.

Great! Does anyone know when they are going to have a fix for the Target Q’s now? Really wish I could print Target Q’s!

I have a mac and haven’t been able to print target coupons since last summer. It’s not a new problem. Sure wish they’d fix it.

I have a MAC & it’s not working for me now either, was working before!! Did Target even test this before they initiated it? Probably not. I have tried it on all 3 of my MACs & nothing now!! I wish they would just go to Bricks coupon printer, I’ve never had any problems with Bricks(knock on wood).
Not working on iPad either….. but didn’t before… so I’m not missing much!
This explains why I can no longer print CN from any of my PC’s. I don’t have any MAC’s, but now can’t print any. Get the Sorry we can’t print your coupons message. They really messed it up.

After the Java “mess” I could not print the Target coupons from Safari on my mac. I was able to print from Firefox. Now after downloading the Catalina coupon printer it won’t work at all. It says it did not print and did I authorize my computer to use Catalina. My husband really know about computers and macs and he could not figure out what was going on and why it doesn’t work. Funny thing is, just a week ago I printed a coupon from the Coupon network for a non-Target coupon and it worked just fine. Now I can’t print any Target or any other coupon from the Coupon network. Target still need to figure another solution.
This may be really dumb, but did you guys restart your computers? I was having the same problem after installing but as soon as I restarted out of frustration it worked.
And I should add that I had to do that on both my mac’s to get the printing to work.
I’m having the same problem as Chantal. Yes, I restarted my computer and updated all software. Nothing has worked. I tried multiple browsers and I am so frustrated I can’t print target or coupon network coupons. Does anyone know how to fix this?
I’m having the same problem as Chantal and Lauren. I download and install Catalina Savings Printer, it still doesn’t recognize it and tells me I need to install it again… ??? I’ve updated my MAC software, i’ve rebooted… My hubby who does IT for a living can’t figure out what the heck is going on either… There’s nothing online about it…. and I have emailed Catalina, i just hope I’m not “SOL”
BTW, My OS is 10.7.5

I know this has been asked, but has anyone had any luck getting the catalina printing to work, or an answer that actually helps? I have tried many different ways, and cannot print any coupons on my mac since downloading the new Catalina software. I keep getting: “did you authorize our catalina savings printer to run on your computer?” So frustrated!
Can’t print either, and can not find any solutions. I have multiple macs at home, different operating systems and none will work…?? Anyone get it to work?
Hey Ladies, I finally got my coupons to print!!! After days of going through everything on my Mac, I can finally print again!!!! After I installed the new coupon printer it kept saying” did you authorize the printer to run on your mac?” I had tried everything and I was just for the heck of it looking under the FAQ on couponnetwork.com and one of the things it said under “I cant get coupons to print on my mac using safari” was to “clear your history”. Well, having nothing left to really try, I did and it worked!! Yippie, I hope this helps someone at least!!!
Jennifer, thanks so much!!!! Your research and instructions paid off for me too! Cleared the history on my Macbook and i’m printing Target coupons again!!! Hope everyone here on TotallyTarget gets the message!
Was able to download but wont’ print. It says my printer is not supported by the Catalina software!!
Very unhappy with Target and missing my Qs
Not Printing… same issue everybody else is having… running firefox on pc. rebooted still nothing… SUCKS! Don’t they know not to fix something that isnt broken? Now, I cant print target coupons amongst others.
Help! ever since Target changed to Catalina, I can’t print anymore coupons. It starts to print then slows way down and the paper stays in the same place in the printer tray while the printer makes strange sounds and goes over the document again and again but the paper is empty. Same thing with coupons from commonkindness.
Nothing will print for me on my pc. Keeps saying over and over again that i need to download the new software. i do and it still says i need to. i hate wasting so much time on these programs. I was going to do my easter shopping at Target using their instore coupons but I’ll go elsewhere.

This seems to be a problem. I have contacted the company with no resolution. Just the standard reply of which supported computers and browser. Does anyone have any ideas? I sure do miss printing coupons. I may have to take my business elsewhere.
This is what happened with me. I have windows vista and a wireless printer. I installed catalina when target switched over and it worked perfect!! I just moved…and got new internet service. I had to re-install my wireless printer…then catalina completely stopped working!!! It says that I need to install when its already installed…I’ve tried uninstalling it many times. So frustrating!
It is seriously taking me over 10 minutes to print out 6 target coupons!! This is crazy how slow it’s printing!
i CANT get this new coupon printer to work!!!!!!!!! It is very frustrating!!! I have downloaded it, per it’s instructions, but it wont install – it keeps losing the page and not able to recover it and giving me an error message… I have tried numerous times – I havent got to print Target coupons for ever and it is killing me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! what is the problem with this..Obviously there is one with all these problem posts. It needs to fixed a.s.a.p….
I have not been able to print any coupons from Target. My problem is same as Stef’s above, it loses the connection to the page and repeatedly tries to recover it to no avail. This is so frustrating!
I was having the same problem with it not installing in Internet Explorer I switched over to Google Chrome and it installed beautifully and printed my Target coupons right away. I hope this helps everyone.
It doesn’t work for me on IE or Chrome. I can print from coupon network just fine. But Target coupons don’t print and Coffeemate coupons won’t print. I got a bogo for coffeemate by email and it wouldn’t print either. It’s so frustrating.
i can’t print on my mac or windows. on mac once i click on the downladed catalina icon nothing happens, so haven’t seen the accept/agree window. sucks!
This sucks…i have tried Safari and Firefox on my mac to no luck for some reason Target coupons wont print i keep getting the message that i need the new catalina but everytime i download i doesnt do anything ;(
