I got a sample of these in the mail a few weeks ago and the tablets were almost completely crushed in the package and the coupon expired in less than two weeks. Ha.
Same here, the tablets were complete dust. I opened the package and all this dust flew out and no melts.And the coupon was nice to have but it expired really quick, well you lose some you win some.
Mine has never shown up. Neither did my Starbucks sample. I guess my mailman likes coffee and vitamins!
My sample came on Wed.. crushed into dust too and the coupon had already expired (2/15). I emailed Nature Made though. I was really looking forward to trying the melts!

got this before, crushed, and they said on their fb wall they would reoffer – but i can’t request this sample again. they lost me if they are that fragile.
