Do you know how much the suave usually sells for?

  2. carole says:

I tried to buy bleach today and use the up & up mobile laundry cpn. It said no valid item. The cashier had another person come over and she said it says no item so it won’t work and I can’t do anything from this screen besides going back to orginal screen. Anyone else this problem?

I have several questions because I just started with those mobile coupons a few days ago.
    1) Does anyone know which code we need to text to get these newest coupons (Like the SPRING and BABY 4 codes)? They are NOT showing up in my Target app and texting “OFFERS” only produces yet another text telling me to sign up for mobile coupons, which I have already done. I set it up to have the coupons delivered at 9 a.m. and I’ve checked my Target app several times today but yet nothing new appears.
    2) And if anyone knows how to get those codes that people are always posting, I’d appreciate the insight too!
    3) Last question is re: the mobile coupons that have 4/20 as an expiration date: will they still work today or did they already expire? They show as expired in the Passbook area of my Target app but are still listed under Mobile coupons. Target is 20 minutes away so I don’t want to make a special trip for nothing.

  4. Delanda Jo says:

Carole I experienced the same thing with the bleach as well as other items. I was a bit disappointed that I did not make out like some of the others but it wasn’t too bad.

  5. Kristy says:

I hope I’m wrong but the safe haven movie mobile coupon expires 5/3 and according to target.com the movie doesn’t come out until May 7th?!

  6. Breanna says:

I was going to say the same thing as Kristy….how can we use the Safe Have $2.00 coupon if the movie doesn’t come out until May 7th? The coupons expire May 3. Didn’t think that one out did they??

  7. Kerry says:

hey Nathalie- if you text SPRING to 827438 you should get a link to those coupons automatically- even if you are not signed up
with BABY4 and OFFERS you need to be signed up for mobiles to get them
If you are confident that you have already signed up-I suggest unsubscribing and resubscriping. so you will need to text STOP to 827438 and choose to unsubscribe – and you will then need to resign up for mobiles here:
once you do that and retext BABY4 and OFFERS your coupons should come. hth!
and if a coupon is valid thru 4/20 that means it is valid on that day as well- so ie they would be truly expired as of 4/21. hth

  8. Nathalie says:

Thanks for the reply, Kerry. Texting “SPRING” only gets me the coupons that expire on 5/22, not these last ones that you posted above. I already had the SPRING coupons.

I just clicked the link that they sent me when I texted OFFERS again this morning and signed up for coupons again to be delivered at 9 a.m EST. They texted me back that I was already signed up. I’ve reopened my app several times and it looks like it’s adding coupons but the only ones there are the ones I got by texting SPRING, UPUP and FRESH.

Does anyone know if there is a code that we can text to get the mobile coupons detailed in this blog post? TIA :)

  9. Kerry says:

Hey Nathale- these are regular mobiles- the only code that is going to prompt them would be the “OFFERS”. so sorry you are having trouble

I have had many problems with the mobile coupons saying not valid item on a completely valid purchase, or they just beep at the register and won’t scan. I am not a big fan of the new mobile coupons, I prefer paper coupons. Is there anyone else who thinks this way, or is it just me. It takes long at the register trying to pull the different apps up, and I know it must really bug the people behind me.

  11. Mae says:

I just went to target and tried to use the FRESH mobile coupons which expire today 4/20
and they didn’t go through. I would’ve saved $6 with the mobile coupons, but the cashier couldn’t get it to work and I was holding up the line so I told her to forget it. Do you think if I go to customer service they will refund the $6?

  12. Lori K says:

I just got back from target and had to spend an hour scrutinizing my receipt. I am very frustrated with the target mobile coupons. While they may be a better deal than printed coupons, you really have to watch. Over $9.00 worth of mobile coupons didn’t work. I’ll be visiting guest services with those items in the morning, just in case I have to return any or all of those items. What do I have to do, purchase one thing at a time? I spend enough time getting my coupons and shopping list together and now this…THANKS FOR LETTING ME VENT! ♥

I feel the same way about the mobile cpns. They are a pain to pull up 1 by 1 and then half won’t work. I to am going to CS with items that did not work from Friday. The register would beep or not take anything off. I don’t think that it’s worth the time to use them if you have to turn around and spend time figuring out what didn’t work and then going back to the store to get your $ back. Not to meantion that half the time CS is nasty and act like your wasting their time.I sure hope they figure out a better way to do mobile cpns. The system now os not only a pain for us but every customer in line behind us.

  14. erika says:

Did you know that a lot of targets out in ca our not accepting mobile coupons they stared two ago..has any one heard that??????????

  15. Mae says:

I went back to CS at Target to try to get my $6 back and the mobile coupons still would not work. The CS person handed me back my receipt and phone like she wasn’t going to do anything about it until I told her that guest relations told me to go there to get my refund. She then called the manager and they processed the refund manually but with a whole lot of attitude! I was so embarrased… Definitely not worth the hassle.
