3 Targets in my area said as of 2 weeks ago they are no longer accepting internet printed manufacturer coupons?!! Is this true??

I heard that rumor, regarding printed coupons at Target. Supposedly people in Texas were having that issue. Target itself hasn’t made any coupon policy changes though. If you’re having that issue, I’d suggest contacting Target Corporate about it.
