Target Car Seat Trade-In Event: Recycle Your Old Car Seat & Get an Extra 20% Off a New One!

If your child has outgrown their car seat or you’re just looking to upgrade, you may want to take part in the Target Car Seat Trade-in Event from 4/19 – 5/2!

Starting Sunday the 19th and going thru Saturday, May 2nd, you can bring your used car seat to Target stores nationwide and trade it in. In return, you will get a coupon for 20% off any car seat, booster seat, base, travel system, stroller or select baby gear items in stores or at Target.com, valid thru May 16th.

Target teams up with recycling partners to make sure all the car seats they collect get upcycled into new products. You can read more about the trade-in program HERE.

Drop off boxes will be located at Target stores near Guest Services. Once you have dropped off your old one, you will need to scan the code found on signs next to the drop off boxes into your Target app to get your 20% off coupon on Circle.

Plus, Target has select car seats that will be on sale starting Sunday that can get you an even bigger discount. There are so several styles to choose from, just keep in mind when shopping online some sales may not show up until you get to checkout.

If you are in the market for a stroller, select ones will also be on sale too! You can also check out next week’s Target ad scan to see featured baby gear on sale that your trade-in coupon will be valid on to save even more.

So be sure and take part of the Target Car Seat Trade-in event if you need a new car seat or stroller.

Easter Clearance up to 90% off!

Easter Clearance at Target is still happening! First off, ignore the signage. I have heard from several readers (as well as my store) where the signs are not updated. Candy is ringing up at 70% off, and non-perishables at a whopping 90% off!

While clearance from store to store can vary, here’s a few things to watch for if you are headed to your store. Keep in mind while most items will be grouped together in a designated Easter clearance section, some items may still be in there regular spots or in Bullseye’s Playground…

Also be sure to check Bullseye’s Playground for Easter clearance items! Let us know what Easter clearance at Target you found!

Prefer to shop online? While clearance will be limited and not as big of a discount, there is some Target Easter clearance online as well.

We should see another drop in stores in a few days, but each store can vary when clearance is marked down even further. Usually my store is pretty low in stock by the next drop, so if there is something you really want – you may not want to wait.
