Here’s a chance to get a 1-year subscription to Everyday with Rachel Ray for just $3.50!  That is less than the cost of 1 newstand issue and a huge savings! Awesome deal and if you already subscribe- at this price – consider giving one as a gift!

Weekly Cinema has issued a statement that they are currently unable to process or redeem movie ticket coupons that were issued.  You can read the full statement HERE. This is really disappointing news and in addition to a subscription through the site itself, they also worked with several deal sites including Groupon and  Tippr.  Since I posted many of the deals through both these sites I wanted to pass this information along to you.  It does appear that these site partners are issuing refunds or credits.

When I called Groupon, I was told that they would issue a full refund or they would give me a Groupon credit, whichever I preferred. And Tippr plans on making an official announcement on their page later today, but it is my understanding that they too will be issuing refunds.  If you purchased any of these movie tickets through a deal site, you will find the phone numbers below, but keep in mind their lines are swamped. But you can e-mail them as well. I was told by Tippr that they will do their best to reply to all e-mails as quickly as possible.

Groupon: (877) 788-7858 or e-mail [email protected]
Tippr:  (866) 347-0752 or e-mail [email protected]

If you had an actual subscription through Weekly Cinema, as I do, I still do not know what is going to happen to unused codes. I have not been able to get any answers and I am extremely disappointed as I am sure many of you are too. I will keep you updated and let you know what I find out.

UPDATE: Weekly cinema has stated that they will be issuing refunds to monthly subscribers based on the number of un-used tickets in their account and also the subscription they were signed up for. To receive a refund you can contact them via live chat if available or by contacting them by e-mail at [email protected].
