WooHoo! The Tippr deal is back today under Atlanta! It sold out rather quickly last time, so if you’re interested grab the deal quick before it’s gone. Right now Tippr, (a collective buying power site like Groupon) has a Weekly Cinema offer for 4 movie tickets for $20. Each ticket is valued up to $14, so this has up to a $56 value. If you are new to Tippr and sign up through my link HERE you will also get a $5 credit, which would make this deal $15! Just look under Atlanta to grab this deal. If you want to learn more about Weekly Cinema read below to see how it works and how I get the most value out of my tickets. You will be able to redeem your Weekly Cinema Codes at Fandango or Movietickets.com.
The fine print for this offer…
•Limit per person: 10 (+10 as a gift), •Expires on December 30, 2010, •Tickets may be split between 4 customers, and do not need to be used in the same visit., •Tickets must be claimed at WeeklyCinema.com by 12/30/2010 and redeemed at Fandango and Movietickets.com theaters within 90 days of being claimed., •Customers are NOT required to sign up for any monthly subscription.
How I make the most of my Weekly Cinema Tickets…
This deal is nice, since it is subscription-free through Tippr, and gives you a way to try out something without commitment. But I am actually a member of Weekly Cinema, and I make the most out of my tickets by saving them up for 3D movies. When you do this deal and redeem at Weekly Cinema, you will be given 4 movie codes that are to be redeemed at Fandango.com. Each code has a $14 value at Fandango. So for me, since the codes have long expiration dates, I wait until there is a 3D movie I want to see. When I took Austin to see Toy Story 3D, what would have normally cost me $24 ($13.50 + $10.50 which is price in my area for 3D adult & child Tickets), only cost me $10 through my subscription! That’s a 60% savings for me and lets me take him to movies that I may not have splurged on otherwise. Of course it’s up to you how you use your tickets, but I feel like I am getting an even better deal by using them on special 3D movies like that which cost more.
-Thanks for the heads up on this deal to Heather at Frugal Reality!
Vista Print has a new Fall special. They are giving away several freebies HERE and you just pay shipping! There is lots to choose from including business cards, wall calendars, address labels, and many more items, and you can customize them all too!
One of these offers includes the free customized canvas tote bag that would make a really nice Halloween Trick or Treat bag. Just select Holiday in the drop down menu where it says “Select Industry or Styles” for the tote bags. They have lots of different designs and themes for each freebie to choose from, including Weddings, Babies, Holiday and other themes.
These products, whether you choose one or all ten, are FREE, however keep in mind you will have to pay shipping on each one. So you may just want to choose one or two, skip all the other offers, and then choose the slowest shipping option, to keep this an awesome deal. Shipping on just the tote came out to be just over $4 for me by choosing the least expensive, and typically items arrive quicker than when they say they will. Go HERE check out the different freebies you have to choose from.
If you missed out on the Tippr deal last week, here’s another chance at a Weekly Cinema offer without any obligation. The Jacksonville Groupon offer for today is for four movie tickets through Weekly Cinema. Each ticket is valued up to $14, so this has up to a $56 value. To get the deal, Log into your Groupon Account HERE which should take you straight to the deal. If you still don’t see it, choose Jacksonville from the list of cities, or you if you are not a Groupon Member yet, you can sign up HERE. This is a very good deal in my opinion, especially if you use your tickets wisely (you can read below if you’d like on how I make the most of mine and to learn more about Weekly Cinema).
The fine print for this offer…
Expires Jan 5, 2011. Limit 10 per person. Must redeem Groupon at WeeklyCinema.com by 1/5/11. Tickets must be redeemed via Fandango or MovieTickets.com within 90 days of Groupon redemption. No cash value. Not valid with other offers. May redeem across multiple visits.

UNFAMILIAR WITH RESTAURANT.COM? READ ON…
If you have never ordered certificates before- it is a great way to save money dining out. Go HERE to find participating restaurants by first entering the zip code, state, or city. You can further refine your search by a number of search criteria such as cuisine, price, restaurant name, etc… Once you locate a restaurant you can see the specific offer available for that restaurant.
These requirements will vary depending on the restaurant so be sure to pay attention to what they are. They are clearly described under the “add to cart” button in each offer. For example, the certificates do not usually apply to alcohol, take-out, or other specials at that restaurant such as happy hour. Additionally, there may be an expiration date and a minimum purchase requirement. For example you may need to spend at least $35 to use that $25 certificate. But it is still a huge savings on on dining!
After you pay for your certificate via credit card or paypal, you will receive it in your email to print out. Happy Dining – you are eating more for less!!
There is some pretty great clearance going on at BuyCostumes.com! There are some very large discounts across all categories, especially in the kids costumes. Just quickly glancing through that section I found this cute Baby Bear costume for $5.99. Shipping seems to be quite reasonable too! Just go HERE, and look for the red SALE button at top right. You can then choose the category you want to check out, and sort them by lowest price to find the best deals.
