Wednesday Recipe: Cream Cheese Stuffed Chicken

recipe
Looking for a super moist flavorful roasted chicken recipe? Michelle has a very easy one that uses cream cheese and just a few other items for a tasty dinner idea.

There are just a few steps and about ten minutes of prep time – then just let your oven do all the work. You can check out the complete recipe along with instructions on her post HERE.

Want to try other flavors? While Michelle’s recipe calls for adding your spices to the cream cheese, you could use a flavored cream cheese instead like Philadelphia chive & onion spread. Or, experiment with other flavors like garden vegetable or spicy jalapeno. Even better, there is a printable $1.00 on any TWO (2) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread (tubs, 7oz or larger, any variety) available.

Using a spread will result in a thinner layer of cream cheese on top of your chicken, but the flavor will permeate the meat!
