Saturday Recipe: Spicy Skillet Lasagna

lasagnaToday Ashley has a recipe that is easy, delicious, and doesn’t leave a lot of dirty pots and pans to clean! Spicy skillet lasagna has all the traditional flavors you would expect in a great lasagna, but the addition of red pepper flakes adds a touch of heat. Her version has you cook everything in one skillet and you can substitute ricotta cheese for cottage cheese if your family prefers.

At the very end you sprinkle the dish with a little fresh basil for flavor and color contrast. You can check out her recipe with additional photos and instructions on her post HERE.
