Wednesday Recipe: Baked Loaded Potato Puffs

puffsIf you are looking for a crowd pleasing flavorful appetizer, you might want to check out Michelle’s recipe for baked loaded potato puffs. Since these tasty tidbits are baked instead of fried, there’s less fat and calories but still the crispy outside you would get from the traditional fried version.

They are easy to make and only require about 15 minutes of prep time and then about 45 minutes in the oven. You can actually do all the prep ahead of time and then pop them in the oven to have them ready to serve when guests arrive. These would also make a nice alternative side item to just about any protein! You can check out her recipe with instructions on her post HERE.
