I have been just rotten about updating this deal in a timely fashion, and my apologies. I removed it from the Special Deals Page when the in-store signs indicated it was to expire last Sunday, and when I saw new signs in the store, I wanted to update the coupon matchups to it, and I am sorry that I am just now getting to it. Time sure does get away from me sometimes! 
One thing to note, is this deal now requires that your purchase amount for the 3 items now be equal to or greater than the value of the bag, which is $4.69. One reader had e-mailed me who was refused the deal because after coupons her total was less than that, but the signs say nothing about coupons, and the register prompts the bag to ring up as free, as long as 3 correct qualifying purchases are made and they equal at least $4.69. Coupons should be a non-issue, since you are still purchasing the correct amount needed, all it does is bring down the cost of what is actually paid.

Here is another Special Purchase Deal I found on Sunday for Free Yogo Bits Snacks wyb 4 Keebler Snacks. There are not many coupons available at all- The Wheatables links are all dead as far as I can tell. I only see one Q, for the Fruit snacks. Re. Scenario A & the rebate: As far as the Target receipt on this one goes- although this item will show as “FEBREZE FREE” under the package subtotal- it still initially gets rung in and the full price of $4.99 will be listed on your receipt for you to circle for the rebate. You are still purchasing it, so it should count toward the rebate just fine. If you have any doubts though and want to be absolutely safe- you can do scenario B. Let’s just hope there are coupons in the 7/4 P&G to turn this into a great deal!
UPDATE: Hey all- just spent some time talking to P&G. So – even though I & the rep I spoke to are pretty sure it is not listed anywhere on the site or the form- the information she has in her system shows the offer terms as a limit of 1 per name, address or envelope. Also- the Rewards card is basically a debit card with $10 on it- and should be accepted at any store that accepts debit cards. HTH

So it appears that all Kellogg’s Cereal is included in the Buy 3 Get Milk Free deal at target. And I hear that some of you were offered Free Apple Juice instead- But hopefully many of you that are used to paying over $3 for a gallon of milk got the milk choice instead. Also- Melanie reminded me that we should be keeping an eye out for the specially marked boxes that contain tokens for free movie cash.
