So Cyndi got a new Target Home Mailer called Extraordinary Savings on Everyday Essentials with $50 in Target Coupons inside valid until 8/14.

The Embark lunch boxes at Target might have a nice surprise inside. Kristin let me know that inside some is an offer for a six month Parents Magazine subscription and a coupon booklet. If you decide you don’t want the magazine subscription all you have to do is write “Refused” on the ad and return it along with your receipt and you will get a $4.96 check! Priced between $3.99 and $12.99, (and she even spotted one for $3.79 on sale this week) these lunchboxes can actually be a small moneymaker if you choose not to receive the magazine.
They come in assorted designs and you should look for the hang tag on the side of the bag alerting you to the enclosed offers. You can always doublecheck and take a look inside to make sure the one you find has the booklets and magazine offer card enclosed. There are a couple variations on the coupon booklets, but some nice ones like $1/1 Capri Sun, $1/1 Minute Rice, $1/1 Purell, $5/1 Leapster Game and more.

So the new Target Store Coupon that made a mysterious appearance in the banner ads on Target.com but failed to show up in eCentives, finally made an appearance today! I believe the 6-packs sell for $3.99 at my store, but I have seen them go on price cut before, and the Q does not expire until 10/31.
Although it is disappointing to only have one new printable store coupon, one is better than none, especially for those of you who like Soy Joy. I personally, shall choose to be very polite and refrain from giving my opinion. There is one MQ to stack it with too:

FREE OR CHEAP NICE N’ EASY ROOT TOUCH UP
I found that the Nice n’ Easy Root Touch Up was included in the Clairol sale at both of my stores. I don’t know why, but I went back and forth in my head at the store about whether or not the Target coupon could be paired with it since it was a Touch Up product and may not be considered a Hair Color? I eventually stopped obsessing and moved on and filed it away in my head. I called Clairol this morning and I was told absolutely it is Hair Color!
One strange thing I found was that the Sale that was advertised, should be based on 10% off of regular price. However – upon visiting 2 Target stores yesterday, 1 store had it 10% off original price down to $5.30 from $5.89), and the other had it for $1 Off Regular price (down to $4.49 from $5.49), so what you find for a discount may vary.
