For those wondering – there is no 100% fool-proof way to get a home mailer. Sometimes having created a registry may help, or spending on a REDcard helps, or filling a prescription, and the list goes on and on. But none of these things are a 100% guarantee you will start receiving them and unfortunately there is no definite mailing list to get on.
