Here’s a great side idea for any meal – bacon cheese cornbread. This twist on a classic cornbread includes crisp bacon, fresh corn off the cob, shredded cheese & a few more ingredients. While the recipe calls for a particular sweet corn, keep in mind you can use any brand you like!

Five minutes of prep time and about 25 minutes in the oven, and you have a super tasty cornbread perfect with just about any meal! You can check out the complete recipe along with instructions on Michelle’s post HERE.
