Sorry about the lack of clearance reporting last week. Things were VERY hectic around here last week, but I’ve gotten quite a few e-mails I wanted to share, plus a few clearance finds of my own I found on Sunday. Please remember clearance varies from store to store, there is no guarantee you will find the same, but it’s a nice heads up in case you want to keep an eye out.

In my own travels, I found lots of Snacks on clearance near the outskirts of where the Halloween section is now starting to come together.  Sunmaid raisins on clearance fown to $1.36 for a 6 pk. I also found Archer Farms trial size Roasted Almonds marked down even further to .64 cents and the $1/2 Archer Farms Nuts or Trail Mix Target Coupon HERE does not exclude trial sizes. :)

I also found the Kellogg’s Yogos Fruit Snacks 6 ct Variety Packs marked down to $1.18, and there is a
$1/1 Kellogg’s Fruit Snacks coupon HERE which makes them super cheap. Also saw assorted 3 pks of Dentyne, and Dentyne Ice marked down to $1.68. There is a $2/4 and a $3/6 Dentyne (& other asst gum & candy) in the 08-08-10 SS to use to get a good deal. (*NOTE- be careful with those coupons as they do not scan in for the full amount and you must have it corrected.)

MERONA WALLETS: Chrissy found Merona wallets on clearance for 30% off.  These might be worth keeping an eye out for as the prices may drop further at a moments notice and the $2/1 Merona Accessory coupon is still managing to survive HERE. -Thanks TallyMomma

AXE BONUS PACKS: I have seen several comments and a few people have e-mailed that they found AXE gift sets marked as low as 50% off down to $3.48.  You can use the $1.50/1 Axe Gift Set coupon from the 8-1-10 Red Plum to get these at a really good price. They come with the Detailer and the Body Wash, so after coupon it is like paying $1 each per item. -Thanks so much Cyndi C., Pia, and Amanda O!

CHI-CHIs: Meredith found Chi-chi’s 10 ct white corn tortillas now 50% off down to .48 cents. She used the $1 off any Two CHI-CHI’s Products to get 2 free- but again- you will have to watch your coupons, as it will scan for .48 cents enstead of recognizing it is $1/2 and not 1.  -Thanks Meredith!

TOYS, OUTDOOR & BACK TO SCHOOL: Lots and lots of school supplies and summer clearance including backpacks, scissors, swim goggles and more up to 75% off. % off. Target Spiral Notebooks have been found down to .07 cents, Backpacks down to $2.48 and more. SOme Toy Story toys, Liv Doll Sets, some Barbie and lots of outdoor pooltype toys are something to keep an eye on. –Thanks Saving the Family Money, Fabulous Daily Deals & SuperCouponLady!

SCOTCH FUR FIGHTER: Theresa L. found the Scotch Fur Fighters on clearance at her store for $2.48, and there was a new coupon for $2/1 Scotch Fur Fighter Hair Remover in the 09-12-10 SS she used to get it for .48 cents. -Thanks Theresa!

A FEW OTHER TIDBITS…

NEW TARGET INSERT COUPONS: Virginia of  My Coupon Hunter let me know that she now has all 5 new Target store coupons from the inserts this past weekend in her inventory, including the $3/1 Glade coupons, so you can visit her HERE to place an order. She actually has lots of Target coupons in stock right now, and you can sort her site by Target coupons on the left- to make them easier to find.

FANCY FEAST APPETIZERS: Sheryl C. wrote in that she found Fancy Feast Appetizers marked down to .63 each. These normally sell for $1.27 so that is quite a drop if you can find the same. There are no coupons that I know of at the moment though, but let me know if I overlooked one. – Thanks Sheryl!

TARGET NOTEBOOK COUPONS: Theresa V. and Karen G. let me know that spiral notebooks with the Target Coupons in them have recently been spotted in some of the Target Stores in their areas.  If you are in Farmington Hills, MI or El Paso, Texas you might want to keep your eye out for them. Realize that they could be gone in a flash, but if you have found them in your area, and want to leave a comment as to where and when it might help someone who is searching for them. – Thanks Theresa and Karen!

You can also check out the CLEARANCE CORNER section of the new Totally Target Forum to see what others have been finding, or leave a comment below if you want to let us know something we should be looking for! 😉

I will admit that I try and stay on a positive note most of the time. But sometimes I get frustrated, like why Target is advertising up to $2.50 in savings on Listerine and Reach in their banners but there is only a $1/1? Why did Red Plum put up a Target Coupon for Right Guard for about an hour this morning and take it down?

And now for the latest mystery- the Ore-Ida French Fries coupon. Why can some people get it and others can’t? Sorry for my little tantrum, but the main point of this post is that Steph gave me one more link to try for the $1.50/2 Ore-Ida French Fries HERE, and while I added it on last night’s Update on the B2G1 Ore-Ida, I want to make sure you all catch it- as there may be some small miracle for some of you and you will be able to print it, even though I cannot. :(

-Thanks to Steph at Printable Coupons and Deals & to all of you for listening to me whine for a minute!

Today is an exciting day for a new program from the savvysource called Savvy Scholarships & Savings. Today is their big launch- expanding their savings offers to different cities across the country. Savvy Scholarships and Savings is a way to get discounts ranging up to 75% off family-friendly things to do in your area while helping out a great cause- as 5% of every purchase will be donated to the Savvy Source Preschool Scholarship Fund for children in financial need.

While there are great collective buying power sites out there, I love the fact that Savvy Savings has focused greatly on family activities and I really like that a percentage of the purchases go to a Scholarship fund. The discounts offered will require a minimum number of sign-ups be met, but the number of signups is definitely attainable, and even if the minimum is not met, there are no fees or costs to you and you will not be charged.

These are the current offers available at this time. You can click on the links to read more about each offer and any specific terms or conditions for each. You can also sign up for Savvy Scholarships & Savings to be alerted by e-mail for new offers.
