Only a manufacturer’s coupon can be used after a Price Match is made, so you cannot use the Target coupon, but their complete policy can be found HERE which clearly states that you can use a manufacturer’s coupon when Price Matching, making them just .99 cents after coupon & price match. To price match, bring your item & coupon up to Guest Services and show them the price on your phone, however they will likely verify on their own device.

If you haven’t heard- you can now sign up for Target Baby Text alerts by texting BABY4 to 827438. By signing up for these alerts- you will also receive Target Baby Mobile coupons. These coupons “should” come instantly after signing up although it has not seemed to work like that for some.
