If you save the butter in the mix you dont have to refrigerate the mixture, just add a 2 tsp of melted butter to your eggs when you are ready to make them, also if you want buttermilk pancakes substitute the milk with buttermilk and separate the egg, add the yolk to the butter and the white to the milk and then combine you will get the perfect buttermilk pancake.
LOL this is too perfect! I woke up thinking about wishing I had some bisquick and then I was remembering seeing it made on my favorite cooking show. So you took all the research work out of this for me. Thanks!
