Lu, I’ve been a member for over a year and they send me several survey invitations per week. Sometimes you get 30 or 50 points per completed survey but usually you get 150, so it doesn’t take too long to redeem for prizes. Sometimes the surveys lead to invitations to take part in other studies with much higher points values that are equivalent to $10, $20 or more.
If you request PayPal it arrives within 7 to 10 business days; Amazon gift cards used to arrive several days faster but I don’t know if that’s still the case. I can’t speak for the delivery time on other rewards, but maybe someone else can.
