These can be found in Target Stores for $4.99 Regular Price. If you find one, you can receive a refund check by mail for the full purchase price (up to $9.99).
To submit for your rebate- you will need to mail the original certificate (peelie) with your complete name & mailing address hand-written on a separate 3″x5″ card. You must include your original cash receipt dated between 2/1/12 and 12/15/12 with qualifying product and purchase price circled. No copies permitted. You must also include original 12-digit UPC bar code cut from the package.
Limit 1 refund per household.

Walgreen’s has it on sale for $6.99 this week and BOGO.
You can buy as many as you want, the “limit one per household” means you will only get the rebate on one of the items.
Nicole: It would work but if you read the MIR you can only purchase one because it states “limit one per household.”. I did this deal. So if you were to use the coupon on this deal you would not be able to get the rebate. So in this case you’d be better off not using any coupons unless it was good on one product. Always make sure you read the fine print when dealing with mail in rebates!!

I’m hoping the bigger bags appear at my Target soon! This week’s Dollar General ad shows 50-ct. bags on sale for $7.50, so I’m thinking it’s a possibility; with the offer being good through the end of the year, there’s plenty of time to optimize your savings.
I actually found the 60 count package for 7.98 at Walmart. Since the refund goes up to 9.99, I got it there instead. 60 loads for free. Yippee!
