I called into Target.com today and they said it was cause I was trying to purchase winter boots which the code didn’t recognize as a ‘shoe.’ They adjusted the price for me online

Got this response to the code “the items in your cart do not yet meet the minimum requirements for the promotion you entered”
It worked for me. Thank you! I was just at Target the other day and all of the toddler shoes had the wrong shoes in the wrong boxes and I couldn’t find anything in my daughter’s size.
I keep trying to enter the code and keep getting the error ‘your order does not meet the minimum for this promotion’. Bummer!
