  1. my target let me use a $2/1 and another $2/1 but on the free styling product..they entered the value of the shampoo which was $1 less than the cost of the styling product

  2. Hay guys this deal did not go through …. The MQ were scanned successfully but the cashier said that I cannot use a MQ with a free item ( that is the TQ) so I had to choose either to take the MQ on two items only – which I did – or take the TQ with no MQ or drop the whole deal 🙁 Soooo disappointing but at least I got $4 off two conditioners which is not bad.

  3. My target wouldn’t take them because they wouldn’t scan. She tried entering these manually an they came up invalid! You can say I was not too happy about this. I love dove products. 🙁

  4. They didn’t take my $2 q’s either – said they all had the same number, but they numbers up to the left are all different – Aren’t these the “new” kind of coupons – ARGGG – I’m out $8 – Just might email Corp.

  5. I had the same problem with scanning Dove coupons but the sale ass was nice just typed $4 off manually so i got a deal!

  6. I tried this last night and my Target wouldn’t allow the Dove coupons because they wouldn’t scan. She tried typing the numbers in manually and said it still didn’t register the coupon, so she wouldn’t accept the $2 off coupons. What do you do in those situations?

  7. I had a couple $1 off tq from mailers that I had received so I used those too. Also I opted for the larger 24oz size bottles which were 4.99 before coupons but had bonus full size conditioner cello wrapped to the bottle. Awesome deal!

  8. Mallory, I don’t think that will work because you’d be using 2 different Target coupons for the the styler. I was planning on doing 2 biore strips and 2 biore cleaners, use 2 B1G1 and the $3 Target coupon.

  9. I have been trying to add a comment (question) but I dont see it and it has been awhile. I am trying to figure out if I can use the target 3 off $20 that says cosmetics, hair and skin care, with either the razor deal or revlon beauty tool deal?? Along with the dove deal? very sorry if it repeats.

  10. I also have a $3off 20 or more, mine says, cosmetics, hair care and skin care… Long shot but would the razor be included?? or the beauty tools revlon deal??

  11. Jen, I do not think that is possible. The revised coupon policy states that if a target coupon makes an item free, then you cannot use a manufacturer coupon with it.

  12. If your Target allows you to use a coupon on a freebie, use the B2G1 Target q, the two $2/1 manu qs, and the $1/1 manu q from Unilever’s website. (Since the $2 coupon clearly states you can only use 2 identical coupons in one transaction.)

You’ll pay $1.98 out of pocket for all 3 items!

  13. Thanks! I am planning to buy (2) conditioners (1) styler (1) biore strips $5 something (1) biore cleanser $5 something and using (2) $2 dove (1) b2g1 styler (1)b1g1 biore and the $3 off $20. I think it will work if i hand over the target one first!

  14. You’re very welcome, Mallory!
Well, for this specific deal, the total WITHOUT any coupons is $11.47. So if you were planning on using this deal, yes, you would need to find some products that are $9 in total or so.
    The Target Coupon Policy states:

    Manufacturer & Target coupons:
    • Target accepts one Manufacturer Coupon and one Target Coupon for the same item (unless prohibited by either coupon).
    • Item purchased must match the coupon description (brand, size, quantity, color, flavor, etc.).
    • Coupon amount may be reduced if it exceeds the value of the item after other discounts or coupons are applied.
    • We can’t give cash back if the face value of a coupon is greater than the purchase value of the item.
    • All valid coupons should be presented to the cashier during checkout.
    • All applicable sales taxes are paid by the guest at the full value of the item.
    • These guidelines apply to all coupons accepted at Target (Color Checkout Coupons, Internet Coupons, Mobile Coupons, Mailed Coupons, Coupons from Newspapers and Magazines, etc.).

So, you could do this deal above and then find a $9 filler(s). Make sure to hand in the $3 off first!

****Please correct me if I am wrong because I am not 100% sure about being able to hand in the $3 off a $20 makeup and beauty purchase along with all the other coupons involved in this transaction.

  15. Mallory, I don’t know which coupon that is. Is it $3 off your entire purchase of $20 or is it $3 off your purchase of $20 worth of makeup or beauty products? I can help you more once I know that. 🙂

  16. I still have a $3/20 target coupon from the last deal. I am wondering how I can use this? Do I need a product to act as a filler or will it just take off 3 one i hit $20? Thanks!

  17. @Gert- I didn’t see it at first, or second, or third time either. It’s on the ‘beauty’ tab. It has the word FREE on top. I didn’t see it because it doesn’t really look like a traditional Dove product. Good luck!!

  18. Amber, you can click on the Walmart Website Game and you will have to play it. Once you play, a box will come up on your computer screen. Click “Get Coupon”. Then you will be taken to a page that has a photo of the item and at the bottom of the page there will be a button to click that will print your coupons. You can print this coupon 2 times if you play the game 2 times for each computer you use. Hope I helped!

  19. @Julianna- the policy was revised in June- so unfortunately you cannot use a MQ on an item made free by a TQ, but the manufacturer’s coupons also limit you to only 2 per transaction in the fine print. hth

  20. If your store let’s you use MQ on items made free by a TQ, and you have access to a second computer, you can use a third $2/1 MQ and pay just $0.98 for all three. I’m trying this this afternoon!
