@IG- TQs are to be used before price match is made- so ie you basically can’t use a TQ on a price match according to Target policy.
they will take the ad you bring in- apply the Target coupon first and if it is still cheaper (which it won’t be) then they will price match

Family Dollar has Breyer’s ice cream for $3.00 in their Sunday ad. Should be able to price match at Target and then use Target Q and mfg. Q.
There is a new coupon on the Unilever site for $1 off one Breyers product (1.5qt) making for even a better deal.
