The coupon for .55/1 Joy Ice Cream Cones at zip 84121 has returned. I don’t think it is reset- but just back to print if you missed it. Some Target stores carry a couple varieties of these cones and I believe prices start at $1.69, so as low as $1.14 after coupon. If you can’t find them at your Target, you should easily be able to pick up elsewhere.
