Here’s what many of you have spotted on clearance this week along with any coupon matchups I could find. Remember- clearance can vary greatly from store to store– there is no guarantee you will find the same or for the same discount. But I try & list specific varieties, prices & other details when I can, since not everything gets stickered and sometimes it’s worth a quick scan to check.

BACK TO SCHOOL:  I’m getting lots of reports of clearance in back to school. For me it has been holding at 30% Off but some of you report seeing as much as 50% Off at your stores. There has been clearance on folders, notebooks, pens, crayons, pencil boxes, glue, scissors and more. The Mead notebooks with $5 in coupon savings (including that great .75/1 ANY Puffs tissues coupon) were down to .70 cents for me. Also spotted were tons of backpacks for 30% off and lots of lunch boxes are still on clearance shelves as well. Here’s a roundup of coupons in this category that you may want to have on hand…

BABY: A few new reports on clearance in Baby, as much as 30% off on food products including Gerber, Happy Morning, Earth’s Best and Up & Up. Also found, Aveeno Baby Diaper Rash Cream and Sunblock Stick, Johnson’s Baby Daily Face & Body Lotion, and Yes to Baby Carrots Baby Lotion up to 30% off.

HEALTH & BEAUTY: Kelley found a great clearance find this week….U by Kotex Tampons for 50% off marked down to $2.08. There is a stack right now that would make these practically FREE if you find the same! If you received the Target Bullseye Mailer, there is a Target coupon for $1/1 Kotex Feminine Care Item ETS Target Coupon Bullseye Mailer x9/10, and there are insert MQs… -$1/1 Kotex U Product ETS 8-12-12 SS x9/22, or -$1/1 U by Kotex Tampons ETS 7-8-12 SS x9/2.

Also spotted, Sally Hansen Salon Effects Real Nail Polish Strips for 30% off marked down to $6.01.  Other clearance finds include L’Oreal Voluminous False Fiber Lashes, Elf cosmetics, Nivea Lip Repair, Deodorants Old Spice and Gillette Sport and more. CLOTHING: I have gotten lots of emails on tons of clearance in clothing including men’s, women’s, and kids. Reports of women’s clothing are up to 70% off on maternity, plus sizes, juniors and more.

Everything from swim suits, dresses, capris, tops, jeans and more are being cleared out to make room for more Fall wear. Sally spotted a halter swim dress from Spanx for 70% off marked down to $14.98 and a cute sundress by Mossimo for 50% off marked down to $12.48. Mossimo capris were reported as low as $6.88 and tops for $5.98. Even though there are no coupons presently, there are still great deals to be had!



MEN’S: Heather reported lots of clearance finds in men’s this week including polos, graphic tees, board shorts, and more up to 70% off. She found an Angry Birds graphic tee for 70% off marked down to $2.98. Also spotted, Wrangler Jeans for 50% off marked down to $9.98.


KIDS: Clearance finds in kids include both boys’ and girls’ stuff as much as 70% off on shirts, shorts, pjs, swimsuits and more. Teena found boys’ tanks by Shaun White for 70% off marked down to $2.38 and girls swim wear tops and bottoms by Xhilaration for 70% off marked down to $2.38 each. If you find higher priced clearance items there is also the $2/1 Kids’ Apparel Item ($6 or higher) Target Coupon on the Shopkick App x9/14 that is valid on Cherokee, Xhilaration, Circo, Shaun White & DSigned Brands only.


TOYS: Lots of pools were spotted on clearance for 50% off including a Disney Princess Magical Castle Play Pool for 50% off marked down to $19.28. Also found, Speedo Kids The Dye Goggles for 30% off marked down to $9.08. Sarah spotted Nerf water guns and Cars 2 vehicles for 30% off.


ELECTRONICS: Lots of reports this week on electronics including cameras, camera cases, digital camera rechargeable batteries and chargers, and more. Andrea found a Crayola Digital Camcorder for 15% off and an HP 8 inch Digital Picture Frame for 50% off marked down to $39.98.

HOME/MISC: Now that Fall’s almost here, clearance reports continue to come in on garden and outdoor stuff including umbrellas, tables, chairs and more up to 30% off. Something to keep watch on for further discounts. Also spotted, Full/Queen size Egyptian Cotton Blankets, Faux Fur Throws, Accent Rugs and Pillows for 30% off. Serena found a nice assortment of Pendant Lamps on clearance also 30% off and as low as $10.48.

In the sports department, more clearance finds were reported including free weights, heart rate monitors, workout sets and more up to 30% off. And be sure to check the Pet departmen as it looks like dog dishes, collars and more are starting to be clearanced out.

  1. Ft Worth had 70% off on pink dot and orange triangle items today and still had quite a bit left. 30% off school items lots of folders and binders not a lot of anything else.

  2. I found 11×17 manila drawing sheets for like 60 cents and construction paper packs for under $1.00 in Indianapolis

  3. I found some Pampers splashers marked down 50% to $4.98. They are in a special box that came with $20 worth of P&G coupons that don’t expire until 2013. The box was in the clothing section with some baby food and sunscreen. They only had size 6, but one of the coupons it came with was $1 off splashers, so $0.19 per diaper.

  4. I was at my local Target this afternoon. They had printer paper back by the clearance school supplies so we scanned it. A ream of 500 sheets on clearance for $1.74 each!!

  5. I found an entire end cap full of yankee candles marked down to to 70% off!! I scored a 22oz jar for $8.38 reg $27.99 and a 7 oz for $4.78 reg $15.99!!

  6. they should have given you the cash for the amount of the mq. if it was a tq then you dont get it back, but they are getting reimbursed for the mq regardless so you should have gotten the money back for it.

  7. I laughed at how organized and neat the clothing mark down racks looked. At my target in Sacramento CA, the clothing clearance racks always are a total mess!

  8. I was able to return them. Didn’t get credit for the mq but i didn’t want to make a big stinker out of it. Just glad they didn’t accuse me of stealing.

  9. I found a Fisher-price Snuggabunny Cradle swing on clearance for $49.98! This was $160. Metro Detroit Target store.

  10. @ Julie yes I would take it back & make sure they know it’s missing the flats. My store had quite a few of these still on clearance you might find them at another store if yours is out.

  12. Yesterday I found Dr Scholls fast flats on clearance and when I opened them today guess what…..no flats just the wristlet and bonus heel bag. So sad, do I take it back?

  15. make sure you scan, scan, scan. some items that were marked at .64 or like 30% off were actually .51 which meant i got them for .01. that was the write dude fluffy flower pens and the drum stick and eraser pencils.

  16. At my store in Minnesota, there were a lot difficult to categorize items on clearance 50% off.. Some fun cooking stuff, picture frames, books and some lamps too. I think they were marketed for a “college dorm/apartment”. The stuff I picked up will make great gifts!
