Hey Denice- all insert TQs are regional- that is why the stack is titled as for some. I also cannot publish the crayola rebate since it is not to be published on a website due to their fine print. hth
Also, the Target coupons in the 11/18 Smart Source must have been regional, because I can’t find them in mine. 🙂
