you cn use one tq and one mq per item up to 4 like coupons per transaction. Unless your target only allows you to use one target coupon at a time, which some do.
These were still $6.07 at the Blaine, MN Super Target today.
If you have two target $1/1 almay icolor cosmetic can you use both and the MQ or just one.

I’m a little confused how you are able to use 2 target coupons in one transaction? The target coupons I’m printing these days say one coupon per customer..
