I have posted several times previously about ThredUp, a children’s online consignment shop. And if you haven’t heard – they will be launching a ThredUp Women’s Shop in the near future.
They will be offering gently-used clothing for women – jackets, skirts, pants, sweaters, accessories, shoes and more.
They are looking to spread the word for their new venture and are even rewarding people for doing so. So right now- when you enter your email address HERE, not only will you get exclusive access to their pre-launch activities, but you can grab your own unique referral link to share with family and friends.
Then all you have to do is share your referral link and you’ll get a FREE $5 credit for every friend you refer with a valid email address that registers!
Just beware that it is better to buy from them than to sell. You will not get much money for the items you sell (I’m talking pennies on the dollar if anything) whether you’re selling to the kids side or the new women’s side as I’ve done both. You’re better off donating and then taking those tax-deductions than you are selling if you’re trying to make extra money since clothing with tags, unworn, brand-new will be rejected. This is one of the few places I’ve used online that my husband actually got mad about and it takes a lot to get him mad! If you stick to the buying side you should be fine 🙂
