Hey April – I got the same answer. Ibotta had some missing codes and has already fixed the problem :-). For those of you who had trouble, pls try again the next time you’re at the store. This is a great deal!
I contacted Ibotta and ended up sending them a picture of the fruit bars I purchased and they said they just didn’t have that UPC listed. They have since listed it and it should work now! And their customer service was great, they responded to my email at 10pm!
I just went to my Walmart where they have the Dreyer’s brand. I scanned all the ones they had in the case, (coconut waters w/banana, creamy coconut, strawberry, and rasberry- all 6 count boxes) and they all matched the offer. Walmart had them for $2.97, so minus $2 with coupon and $1 back from Ibotta make these a 3 cent money maker. Make sure they are the new Outshine bars because the regular fruit bars do not match the offer! Hope this works for you guys!
My brand is dryers and ibotta still doesn’t recognize the UPC, even though it says ANY.
My store sells Edy’s Outshine fruit bars, and the Ibotta dictates Dreyer’s so mine didn’t work… I don’t understand the Edy’s vs Dreyer’s thing.
My Ibotta offer was for Dreyer’s brand, but you can only find Edy’s in my area. I scanned them and it said the item doesn’t match the offer 🙁 Just thought I would give everyone a heads up to check before buying them if you’re only getting them because of the Ibotta offer!
