Hey Rene- no it doesn’t which is why it is a ymmv. The Q policy discusses terms using B1G1 coupons with each other, but not using coupons against a sale freebie. hth
This might be a lame question, but do Target stores vary on their coupon policies? Does their coupon policy mention anything about using a coupon on a “Target sale” freebie?
