Hey Doug- absolutely- you can buy any starter you want- the TQ limits your options on what refills you purchase (plus you need to purchase one that qualifies) – so I just did my deal scenario as an example for someone wanting a wetjet. hth & makes sense.
I’m new to Target, so I may be a little off here, but couldn’t you buy a cheaper Starter kit to get the free refill item? In the example, the Swiffer Sweeper Starter Kit is priced at $9.99. Couldn’t you buy that and get the free refill item? It would be a total cost of $4.99 after the $5 GC.
