  1. Hi! Does anyone know what the regular price of mini wheats is? They were marked down to 2.66 at my store so I bought some for this deal… But now I can’t remember how much they are normally! Trying to figure out how much I saved xD

  2. I had enough Kellogg’s rewards to print out 4x $1.50 off any Kellogg’s cereal.

“They had Froot Loops with the deal at my store, but they were the big boxes for $3.50 each.” –Christina

That’s Target trying to push the big boxes. get the smaller 12.2 oz. boxes they will apply the card at checkout. Plus they have those boxes pictured on the ad itself.

    This is what I did.

    4 Froot Loops = $11.00 (2.75x 4)
    1 Chocolate Mini Wheats= $2.66

    Subtotal= 13.66

    Minus 4 x $1.50 (Family Rewards Coupons)=6.00
Minus= $5.00 Gift Card (Buy 5 get card)
Minus = 0.70 cents off Mini Wheats coupon

    Grand Total= $1.96
Or about 0.40 cents a box!

Thanks Stephanie for the reminder on the Family Rewards high value coupons.

  3. Jessica and Sofi H. I went to Target today and had no idea there was any kind of glitch with the cereal deal. I read the tag on the smaller boxes that said Free $5GC wyb 3 boxes and the cereal was $2.75 per box and the larger boxes said Free $5GC wyb 5 boxes and they were priced at $3.50 a box. I thought to myself that the sale was weird and grabbed six boxes at $2.75/box planning on receiving two $5 GCs. I also snapped a picture with my phone of each of the tags. Guess What? Got to the register and only one $5 GC prompted. The cashier was an older guy and was super nice and turned on his blinky light for assistance. The guy that came over happened to be another cashier and wasn’t friendly or helpful at all and looked at my pictures then proceeded to go back to the cereal aisle and as the line was building loudly proclaim over the walky talky that there wasn’t a single sign that said anything about a gift card wyb 3 boxes. He all but outright called me a liar. I was not in a position to leave the register at this point or I would have shown him the dang signs in person rather than the four pictures I took with my phone. The guy had to have been blind. Another CS person came over at that point and pointed out in my picture that while the bold, large print at the top of the sign DOES in fact say wyb 3, the fine print at the bottom of the tag says wyb five, but as there was now about five people in line behind me grabbed two $3 Target i’m sorry coupons and gave them to me just to get me out of there. I never lost my cool, but came quite close to just telling them to shove it and walking out the door, but after working all day and shopping for the school supplies my boys needed ( and happening upon this cereal deal) I wasn’t about to leave my stuff I needed. I ended up with 6 boxes of cereal for $4 including 9% tax.

  4. I heard about that happening to someone else in Virginia as well yesterday. I’m in Texas and I haven’t been, but even if they’d had the wrong signs, by now I’m sure it’s fixed. I’m just really hoping the Rocky Mountain chocolate factory boxes are included. If anyone spots them, let me know! I’m hooked!

  5. My store had tags that read ‘free $5 gift card when you buy 3’ (not 5, as mentioned in the post), i was confused so I brought my items up to the front and they honored that deal! They of course took down the tags immediately, though. Good deals for me!

  6. My store included the value size and the regular size of froot loops and frosted flakes. I did the math and realized though I put out more money in the end, I paid less per ounce of cereal by using four of my $1.50 off any kelloggs cereal coupons, on the value sized boxes instead of the smaller ones.

  7. Ditto on the mott’s. I was very sad to see that things that were included in previous years were not included this year and no target qs or cartwheel. A no go for me.

  8. LOVE this deal! My store has almost all of the Kellogg’s cereal included. Raisin Bran Crunch is included which is very popular in my house.

  9. They had Froot Loops with the deal at my store, but they were the big boxes for $3.50 each.

  10. I’m very excited about this deal! I redeemed my Kellogg’s reward points to get some high value coupons!
